Actually, everything is good, just didn't receive the check in email before I asked, and was told no extra bed and car park but actually, there are two twin bed and parking. Otherwise, everything is good, clean and convenient

Wonderful place, clean and cosy, there is everything you might need for comfortable stay! (Stayed for 4 nights) Easy to get to the train station, the area is quiet.

The building seems new and the japanese interioir design was really pleasant. They also provided us with some laundry detergent and laundry machine. We did try to change the net for the sink, but couldn’t found a new sink net. If you have more than 2 pax, they provide an extra bed that you can open (it is inside the wardrobe). But you will need to move the table and chair that they have lovely arrange for you (sorry about that). It is also quite close from 2 train station and a super market. Perfect for you who wants to cook (so you can use your budget to buy something else hahaha). Overall, a good place for a family of 3 (all adult) 💖

The room was spacious, offered great value for money, and was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. No complaints at all, highly recommend! There seemed to be some construction next door during my stay, but it didn't bother me much as I left early every day. However, it would be great if this could be communicated in advance next time!

It’s very near to JR Immamiya Station, quite convenience for us! The room space is big enough for us ~ enough to put our luggage (FYI we have 2 big L luggages and 1 small luggage) Family mart and Lawson stores just around 100-200m~ room is clean, we can wash our clothes as the washing machine is provided ~ Can have a light cooking in room as well Will choose to stay here again for my next visit :)

First off, the Airbnb's location is in Nishinari Ward. I only found out after arriving, from a friend, that it's notoriously famous across Japan as a rather infamous district. A quick online search confirms various violent groups and homeless individuals, making it feel very unsafe. Secondly, the Airbnb room was incredibly cold. Even with the air conditioning set to heat at 30 degrees Celsius, it was still freezing. To make matters worse, a doorbell surveillance device kept flashing all night while I was trying to sleep, making it impossible to get any rest. And despite there being a TV, I couldn't watch any local channels, which is just ridiculous. Although there's a large supermarket nearby, the ingredients weren't fresh. The sashimi, in particular, was incredibly fishy. I chose to stay in an Airbnb to experience a local vibe, but I got absolutely nothing of the sort. Because of all these issues, I booked for 15 days but only stayed for 7 before leaving. They wouldn't refund a single penny for the remaining days – truly a master of business, I suppose. I strongly advise everyone to thoroughly research before deciding to book here.

The location is great, about a 5-minute walk from Imamiya Station, which is super convenient. It's just one stop to Shinsaibashi and Namba, and you only need to transfer once to get to the airport. The room is fully equipped; you can do laundry and cook. We even bought some beef and cooked it ourselves, which was really nice. There's plenty of space, making it very friendly for introverts who prefer self-catering. I'd definitely book this place again!

This was my first solo trip, and the guesthouse was incredibly spacious, definitely larger than many hotels in Japan. It was also very clean. There's a subway station and a Daiso supermarket nearby, making the location very convenient overall. The guesthouse also had amenities like a balcony, washing machine, and microwave. I loved being able to wash my clothes and hang them in the bathroom with the 'drying' mode on; they'd be completely dry overnight. The price was quite reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Our Trip.com booking for this Osaka apartment was fantastic! The unit felt brand new and was impeccably clean. The space was generous—easily accommodating the three of us and all our large luggage without feeling crowded. The apartment is fully equipped with modern household equipment and a Smart TV, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent for transportation: it's situated very near a JR train line and is just a convenient 15-minute walk to Shin-Imamiya Station. The host was also wonderful: approachable and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for groups seeking space, newness, and top-tier convenience in Osaka!
