My stay at Zhuyi Namba was really pleasant. The location is super convenient, with a subway station, convenience stores, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It's a breeze to get to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and the Namba shopping area. The room was clean and tidy overall. While not as spacious as a large hotel, it was quite comfortable for downtown Osaka, and there was enough space to organize our luggage. The room was well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing at night was good, allowing for a restful sleep. The check-in process was simple, and the staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions. All in all, it offers great value for money and is perfect for solo travelers, friends, or families. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

This hotel is very close to Daikokucho Station, with Torikizoku, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson all nearby. You can walk to Kizugawa Market, Life Supermarket, and even Yasaka Shrine. The room is spacious enough to open up all your luggage. It also comes with a washing machine and kitchenware, which is great for extended stays. However, there's no room cleaning service, so you'll need to gather your own trash. Towels aren't replaced either, but you can wash them yourself. Overall, it's a great place and I'd definitely consider staying here again in the future!

I really wanted to write a review for this accommodation! The place is super clean, the room is spacious, and it has all the amenities. I arrived at the property around 9:30 AM, but check-in wasn't until 4:30 PM. I contacted the accommodation to inquire about the details. They sent me a link to pre-check-in and provided the lobby door code. There's an area by the front door where you can leave your luggage, but it's unattended. Don't worry about your belongings going missing though, because only people with the door code can enter. When it was time for check-in, they sent me the room code. The key was in a box outside the room, and I used the code they provided to open it, which felt very secure. Once inside the room, everything was prepared for us: slippers, bath towels, hand towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, a hairdryer, kitchenware, plates, bowls, and even earplugs! The location is very convenient, close to the train station and a FamilyMart, making it easy to find food and get around. Highly recommend! 🤟

Great location, super convenient! It's just a one-minute walk to the subway station from the hotel. Namba is only a 15-minute walk away. Plus, there are two 24-hour supermarkets nearby, and Kizuna Market is just a 5-minute stroll.

The hotel area feels like a residential neighborhood, so the people around are generally quite decent. It's very suitable for families with children, and you won't have to worry about encountering strange individuals at night. Customer service also responded very quickly! Thumbs up! The hotel facilities are very new, clean, and the room is spacious and comfortable. Having a washing machine was a huge plus, as the dry air meant clothes would dry overnight. However, there's a hospital nearby, so you'll frequently hear ambulance sirens – something to consider if that bothers you. There was also some thumping from the floor above, and earplugs were provided, but we were so exhausted from sightseeing every day that we fell asleep instantly without needing them. In conclusion, it offers great value for money and we had a very pleasant stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Osaka.
