Good location .. as walking distance to MRT or JR station.. Direct JR train to/fm Kansai Airport Huge onsen

Wonderful experience, great vibes. Stayed at the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Onsen was great. Great view from the rooftop pool. Will definitely return.

Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

Spa World Hotel are very good  I still here many times when I’m in Osaka Not only can stay well , room are very clean  Breakfast very delicious, and also can joining Spa here  Spa are very nice experience and big  Next month I will come again

It was good hotel with facilities to enjoy throughout the day. However few things could be more simplied like hotel checkin process and wristband thing vs room key. Hotel is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. Views of the street are awesome though from the hotel.

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

Spa amenities are great. I stayed for 10 days. One suggestion is that the breakfast buffet could have been changed every second day or even every third day. I had the same breakfast food for 10 days. The hotel location is within walking distance to many restaurants, Tsutenkaku tower, Shinsekai, Donki, and just a few minutes walk to JR station and two Metro stations.
