I'll start with the location. The advert didn't give the exact address, so it took some effort to find the right place. It's a 15-minute walk from the train station, which isn't very close, and there are no essential stores nearby. It's an old building and it smells like an old building. The I-DOS system is quite inconvenient; it took 15 minutes to get the code. The landlord wasn't available and only sent a letter two days later, so prompt assistance and communication are out of the question. The windows face out onto the wall of the neighboring building, which is depressing. That's probably normal for the price, but we couldn't stay here for more than one night and moved elsewhere, even though we had a three-night reservation.

The apartment is fine with basic amenities such as microwave and cooking utensils, the major problem are the management:
1. GPS marker are wrong, sending you to the middle of a court
2. Check-in information unclear, only provide with the digit code for the pad lock, which is not easy to operate. No front door lock information and WiFi information. You have to call for that
3. Water service stops suddenly at around 10pm , on two consecutive nights after moving in. Not getting normal service till the morning. Although, it managed to switch to other apartment on the second night. It’s not a good experience for a foreigner

В целом все хорошо, низковатые потолки и дверные проемы, но я 1,95 м, поэтому мне много где тесно и низко. До метро близко, магазинов нет прям рядом, но до ближайшего мин 7 пешком. На семью из 4 чел самое то.

性價比很高! 房間面積很大!很一整潔，設施也很齊全 冷箱 oven 洗衣機等都有 還有說明書，住着很舒服! 就是電視沒有聲音。附近的小社區很安全，附近也有不同便利店 免稅店，去天王寺站需要走十多分鐘，還好。

２泊お世話になりました。
室内はとても綺麗に清掃されていて、快適に過ごすことができました。
周りに食事をする店はほぼないですが、駅周辺にたくさんお店はあったので、不便さは感じませんでした。
アメニティ情報に歯ブラシ×となっていましたが、置いてありました。ドライヤー情報の記載はなかったですが、ドライヤーもありました。
情報の更新をしていただけるとありがたいです。

Большие апартаменты, 2 большие кровати и диван. Удобное расположение. Есть кухня. По фото все отлично.
Два жирных минуса: 1. не работал вайфай. Совсем. Устройство работало, но скорость была нулевая. Поддержка никак не помогала, советы вроде " перезагрузите роутер" " пришлите скриншот телефона, может вы не туда подключайтесь" " качество связи может зависеть от погоды и времени суток". Серьезно? Сомнения в моих умственных способностях вместо реальной помощи? Очень, очень разочарована. После целого дня прогулок пешком меньше всего хочется слушать нытье подростка об отсутствии интернета. Телевизор стати тоже завязан на интернет, так что даже мультики было невозможно посмотреть.
2. Ноги до колен были злостно искусаны, мы решили, что нас покусали на улице, но почитав другие отзывы поняли, что покусали нас в апартаментах.
Цена сильно завышена.
