We stayed for 3 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The breakfast was superb with plenty of delicious options, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even assisting when we left our phone charger behind. A fabulous stay overall – highly recommended!

Awful stay, the room wasn’t cleaned very well. Particularly the bathroom had an overpowering moldy smell. The bed made me and my girlfriend itchy, just a poorly kept and bad experience. For the price they charge you’d be better off staying anywhere else. Awful.

It was a pleasant stay for our stop in Osaka. The hotel is in a good location, friendly service, and comfortable size room. Overall, good value for money.

Loved it. The hotel room has everything we needed. And, great location, walking distance to Glico Dotonburi area.

Room was okay. Check in was a breeze. Approximately around 10 mins walk from the nearest station. Will return if back in Osaka again.

This is an old apartment that has been renovated into guest rooms. If you're just looking for a clean and ok place to stay and feel like standard Japanese apartment, it does the job. However, I think the service and amenities could be improved to match standard hotel expectations. I paid 17,000 JPY per night, which felt a bit too expensive for what was offered.

The hotel was expensive but not really worth the price. Location was central but 10 mins away from the nearest metro station by foot. The rooms were decent just not great.

The hotel is far away from the station. But the devices in the room are good.

I would say I am so dissapointed in finding the location of the hotel . At first i went to the wrong branch of the hotel there’s plenty around the area 1-2-3 and so on. The 1st hotel receptionist gave the wrong direction and luckily the 2nd hotel branch receptionist was able to give me the location of the hotel. The room is super small and with weird layout . The bathroom is super small and cannot move inside.
