Live insects, dead insects, garbage from previous users (used tissues, interdental brushes, and other garbage), toiletries were used and dirty, and the room was dirty and smelled terrible. On the way, I contacted the hostel to warn them, but they only gave me a mild apology and the cleaning staff was at fault, so I would like to warn them. I was not able to receive a satisfactory apology or response with just one word.
I was very disappointed and couldn't help it.
I'm so stressed and angry that I wish I could get a refund.
