Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama

This is my second stay here, and it offers great value for money with clean rooms. This time I came with my son, and we booked two separate rooms without any hesitation. The hotel's location is excellent; although it's a bit of a walk to the Midosuji Line, it's a straightforward walk down one street from the hotel, and there are FamilyMart and Lawson convenience stores along the way. The hotel provides various luggage forwarding services, like Airporter and sending luggage to your next hotel, which are very convenient. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, answering every question and providing hands-on instructions. This time, I had a late flight. After checking out in the morning, I stored my luggage. When I returned around 6 PM, the hotel front desk was still able to help me fully charge my devices, and I used the restroom before heading out. Their service truly stands out among chain hotels. The bed is large and comfortable, though the pillow was a bit high. The air conditioning allows you to adjust both heating and cooling. Most importantly, the smoke detector above the bed doesn't have a red light, which is perfect for light and sound-sensitive sleepers.

The location is incredibly convenient; it's a short walk to Nakanoshima, which I consider Osaka's hidden gem, with so many cafes along the river. The breakfast was bountiful. The only thing I wasn't entirely satisfied with was the room's Wi-Fi; during my two-night stay, the connection speed was inconsistent. On the other hand, the free coffee in the lobby was excellent, and the hot chocolate was incredibly sweet.

The room was packed with thoughtful details, from a makeup mirror for ladies to a shoe brush by the door, and even a multi-port charger. Though the space wasn't huge, the layout was excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The service attitude was great, and you could pick up toiletries and other necessities from the lobby yourself.
