Self check in and check out counters were there but could not be used for some reason so check in took quite long for us as there was only 1 guy at the counter. Location is quite near to main street of Dotonburi. We got a room at level 3 nearest to the street and there was a store set up at night and we could hear customers drinking and laughing all the way till 2am. Requested for a change of room that night for the next day and we got shifted to level 7 and it was better. Pillows were really uncomfortable.. But the cleanliness of the room was great. Breakfast was also really nice and you get to choose from western and japanese cuisine everyday. Water is available for refill at the lobby too.

Excellent location. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. The family room was very large and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Good Clean Friendly Conveniently Nearly Dotonburi Just walk a little bit

Love the location, it’s inside a sheltered shopping street which is walking distance to dotonbori. Hotel is accessible via NAMBA station which has alot of dining and shopping within the distance. Iam hotel seems new. Booked the standard double room for a 1N stay. Room is small, unable to open up luggage. Bed is comfortable but pillows too soft, couldn’t sleep well. What I like about the room is they offer free pyjamas to change into, bedroom slippers. Proper amenities. Overall still comfy and location really wins all the plus points!

The hotel is in a great location, close to popular tourist destinations such as Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Namba. The room is small but clean and tidy, and the service staff is very nice and friendly. The first time I booked this hotel was because the location was well connected and it was very convenient to go around.

The breakfast is very rich, and the self-service bar is available at any time. Luggage can be checked in for free. Disposable items (including skin care products) are provided. There are smart toilets with USB ports. They help to change towels every day. The location is also very convenient. Various stations are very close. I am very satisfied!

Convenient transportation. Near the subway station. There are a lot of food. It turns out that Namba Nihonbashi and Saishinbashi are connected. It takes 10 minutes to walk there. The room is small and clean.
