Holiday Inn OSAKA NAMBA by IHG

Our stay in Holiday Inn was okay. The location is good and near MRT station. We were three in our room and it’s too crowded for us but because we were out all day so it’s still okay.

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Osaka Namba. The location is absolutely superb — just a few steps away from Dotonbori, making it incredibly convenient for food, shopping, and exploring the vibrant nightlife. The room size was a pleasant surprise, especially for Japan. We were able to fully open two large suitcases comfortably, which made a huge difference during our stay. The daily cleaning service was spectacular — everything was always spotless and well-organized when we returned each day. We also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like complimentary water and coffee. A special mention goes to the lovely Dove shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion — such a nice touch that made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, an excellent choice in Osaka, and I would definitely stay here again!

* The Good: The hotel is in a perfect locationfor sightseeing, and the service quality from the staff was excellent—everyone was professional and helpful. * The Bad: Unfortunately, the interior designfeels very outdated and in need of redecorating. * The Maintenance : Most concerning was the bathroom; there was a persistent unpleasant smell and visible stains on the sink and bathtub, which made the stay less comfortable.(I think it is not related to cleaning)

Best location! Just beside the dotonbori. Room abit dark, but overall experience is acceptable.
