The place and rooms are clean and neat. The staff are so helpful and can speak English fluently. The location is near most of the shopping places and close to the metro station. I enjoyed my stay so much.

"I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The location is convenient and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed that the room was not made up daily, with only the towels being changed daily. The bed was not made daily and the bedsheets were only changed once every 3 days. Additionally, the basin was not cleaned during housekeeping, even after 3 days. Overall, while the location and staff were great, the lack of daily room maintenance was a downside to an otherwise pleasant stay."

Fantastic hotel for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds and there was a small kitchenette if we wanted to do some simple cooking

First of all, the location is close to the subway station. It takes a few minutes to the north to Yotsubashi Station. A few stops north of Yotsubashi is Osaka Station. Two or three stops east of Osaka Station is Osaka Castle. The hotel is a 15-minute walk south to Nankai Namba Station, where you can take the train directly to Kansai Airport. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Glico, Don Quijote, and Dotonbori on the southeast river. There is a 24-hour Matsuo at the door for breakfast. There is a Family Mart and a large drugstore (also selling food) across the road downstairs. There is also a YAMAHA musical instrument store downstairs, which has a full range of musical instruments. There are hoop, origami, and pinball games in the hotel lobby. The room is quite large and you can cook. The front desk receptionist speaks fluent English, and there is a lady who speaks Chinese. What I am a little dissatisfied with is that there are motorcycles on the street at 23:00 in the evening, which is very noisy. But this is the social culture of Osaka, and it has nothing to do with the hotel. In addition, the door of the emergency exit is a little leaky, and the lower bunk of the bunk bed facing it is a little windy, so be sure to cover yourself with a quilt when you sleep. Of course, it doesn't matter in summer. Overall, it's very cost-effective.

The accommodation is easy to walk to, near Dotonburi & Shinsaibashi. The room is spacious and comfortable, feeling relaxed. Stayed in a Pokemon-themed room, there were big dolls, Pokemon-patterned walls, Pokemon-patterned plates, glasses, and a set of cute Pokemon cloth bags as a bonus. The room layout is good, separated from the bathroom and toilet. There are many hangers, very convenient. The bunk bed area is strong, adults can sleep on it. The accommodation has a washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor, very convenient. It is right across from the entrance to Orange Street. On the way back, it is convenient to take the Rapit train to KIX at Namba Station. It is not too far to drag your luggage.

The room is clean and comfortable, with a double bed, a bunk bed, and a dining table that can seat 4 people. The bathroom is well-equipped, with separate wet and dry areas, and a bathtub. It is very suitable for a family trip. The location is also very good, you can walk to Dotonbori, and there are many dining options around. Highly recommended.

I booked a Pokémon room, and my kids loved it. The room has a large refrigerator, microwave, tableware, and a large dining table, which is very suitable for families. The hotel is close to Shinsaibashi, so it is very convenient to buy food and drinks👍🏼The hotel staff are friendly and polite, and the overall experience is very good👍🏼

The staff at the front desk were very patient and helped us call various hospitals to check for vacancies. Because there was no Chinese translator in the hospital on Sunday, the staff also accompanied us. We went to the hospital for treatment and we are very grateful to the staff, especially Hao and Ayane for their help! ! -Good location: next to Orange Street and American Village, it takes 7-10 minutes to walk straight to Shinsaibashi. There are convenience stores and drugstores nearby downstairs. -Suitable for families: There is a large table and kitchen, and there is a laundry room downstairs, which is very practical for families with small children. Children also especially like the playground equipment in the lobby! There are also elevated platforms you can borrow. -Please note that you need to bring your own disposable supplies~ -What I hope can be improved: Since it is two single beds combined, it would be nice if a large mattress could be placed in the middle. Next time I go to Japan for a family trip, I will choose Mimaru!
