Great location and professional staff. The restaurant servers were especially polite. Honestly, it was really good.

Such a spacious room, which is a rare find in Japan, with a large bed and a beautiful, expansive view. The service was even better than excellent! My child accidentally left a beloved toy behind during check-out, and after contacting the hotel, they responded immediately and helped mail it back to us. Truly a 100% all-around fantastic experience!

The environment: The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning! I stayed for three days and two nights, and both the mornings and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The rest of the time, I was out exploring and eating! Hygiene: The room was spacious and clean. I booked a triple room, and it was perfectly fine for three people. Location: Excellent location, within a 15-minute walk to Yodobashi Camera, right next to Lucca, and Daimaru department store. There are also many great restaurants along the way. Service: The beautiful ladies and handsome gentlemen at the front desk were all very enthusiastic! Even with my poor Japanese, I had a pleasant conversation with them! Thank you very much, I'd love to visit again! ^_^

Our club triple room was incredibly clean, offering a panoramic view of the city. Below, the intricate Japanese railway system stretched out. The breakfast was very satisfying, though the à la carte ordering made my child feel a bit restricted. The hotel is located in Umeda, but after exiting the JR station, it takes some searching to find as it's not in the central Umeda area. It's not particularly convenient, but we were very happy with the room. The toiletries were from Guerlain, and dining downstairs was also quite convenient. However, after 9 PM, only the 'Lanting' Chinese restaurant was open, truly showcasing the diligence and resilience of the Chinese people.

The hotel view is absolutely fantastic, offering a great cityscape of Osaka. From the better room types, you get a direct view of a large area of Umeda, including the train station. The decor is European style, though it feels a bit 'knock-off' – like a fake European imitation. The details don't hold up under close inspection, and the cleanliness is noticeably not as good as in Tokyo. They're very generous with amenities, providing a lot. Breakfast is à la carte, suitable for those who enjoy Western breakfast; I found it pretty good, and the bread was quite tasty. There was a musty smell in the room, so overall, it didn't feel very high-end. The bedding was also quite ordinary. Its strengths are definitely the view and the value for money.

This is considered a spacious hotel among Japanese accommodations. The room even has a sofa, and the view of Osaka's night skyline from the window is absolutely superb – you can see the Ferris wheel directly! The bathroom was clean and tidy.
