Extremely satisfied! The toiletries, skincare products, hair care items, and bath supplies are all on the 1st floor. The breakfast was good, with Japanese raw eggs and tuna sashimi. The hotel is right next to the subway station, which is very convenient.

Great location, right outside Nagahoribashi Subway Station's North Exit 5. Breakfast was good, service was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station and Shinsaibashi. The front desk staff were very warm and patient. Breakfast was quite varied, but the taste was just average. The common areas were very clean and quiet. However, the downsides were also quite noticeable: the room space was very small, the carpet wasn't thoroughly cleaned and had debris and hair, the furniture was old and damaged, and the wallpaper was peeling. I filtered for Chinese-friendly options, but didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff. Overall, it's decent.

The location is good. Just beside a underground walkway which is linked to subway station. Hotel is quite even though its located just beside the main road. Free amenities at lobby and free welcome drink.

Lousy lousy lousy lousy lousy, basically the worse hotel we stayed in the entire trip. Don’t go for their breakfast, was the lousiest, not even supply hardboiled eggs even nothing there to eat. Lousiest hotel I ever stayed and staff not friendly at all.

All was good in term of location , cleanliness and room size was as per expected. But I was surprised with the lack of friendliness in term services - the staffs at check in counter were cold.

The location is fantastic, with a subway station right outside the door, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. The breakfast spread is quite good too. The only downside is that the room is a bit small.

Japanese hotels are often compact, yet they're always well-equipped and have everything you need. This hotel, recommended by my friend, perfectly fits that description. Its location is excellent: there are several subway exits right outside, and Shinsaibashi is just a short walk away. The breakfast was also quite good; I especially loved the udon noodles.
