The location is between 2 stations and close to shopping areas and Dotonbori.
If you arrive by shinkansen, take the metro to Shinsaibashi station, take exit 2 and walk underground of Crysta, walk through all underground shops then take the escalator up at exit 5 north so you don’t have to walk through the busy area or get wet in rainy days. The hotel is few steps away.
The room is small but it’s normal in Japan.
It’s clean and supplied new towels everyday.
Breakfast was yummy, menu change twice during my 4 days stay.

The hotel offers great convenience and comfort. The breakfast provided is of good quality.
The staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, as it is close to restaurants and shopping streets. Additionally, it is conveniently situated near a subway station.

Room size is tight, but typical Japanese standard @ town location .
Very convenient location with lots of things to eat/ shop nearby. Walk from subway station via underpass easily, which is fantastic. Complimentary drinks @ lift lobby is good too.

room was a bit too small for my luggages but we managed to find a way around it by shifting some furniture. overall a great and enjoyable stay. room cleaning can be requested at the front counter and it is not done every day by default
