MIMARU Osaka Namba Station

Perfect for family trips, close to many shopping malls! The subway station is about an 8-minute walk away. There are free drinks and board games available on the second floor of the hotel! Friendly service, will definitely visit again.

5-person family Location: Near Namba Station, 6-7 minutes walk. Many Japanese anime and toy stores nearby, and plenty of great food within 5-6 minutes. Service: The staff were very polite and friendly. Cleanliness: Satisfied. Finally, a big thank you to the staff for the birthday gift for the child – it was so thoughtful! 😊 The child was very happy.

The hotel is only a one-minute walk to Lawson. It's a 7-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station (Osaka) and a 4-minute walk from Nankai Namba Station. Turning right out of the hotel, there's a BBQ restaurant and Daikoku Drugstore, and further down is Kuromon Market. Overall, the convenience is excellent. The room has a living room, sink, induction cooktop, and microwave, which makes it very convenient to bring back food from Kuromon Market to eat.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of natural light, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff's service attitude was friendly and polite, which made me feel quite relaxed. However, it would be even better if the provision of drinking water could be more considerate: * **Water dispensers on each floor:** It would be both environmentally friendly and thoughtful if public water dispensers were placed in the common areas on each floor, allowing guests to refill their water bottles at any time. * **Better bottled water in the room:** Alternatively, providing better bottled water in the room would also be appreciated.

There was a lot of dust on the air conditioner filter. I hope they can pay attention to this. The area next to the TV in the room was dim and should be brighter! Everything else was fine.

Very close to Kuromon Market. The hotel has many board games, which is great for kids.

A great choice for large families, but please note that the sheets had a small blood stain on the first day. This might have gone unnoticed in the cabinet, but everything else was perfectly fine.

The hotel location is great, not far from the subway and department stores. This time, I happened to catch a parade.

I stayed in a triple room with my parents at this hotel. The location is very convenient, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic. I will definitely stay here again.
