Nice location, having baggage storage and the guest lounge. Room is big enough comparing with most of hotels around in the same range. 🚫 non smoking room still smell cigarette everywhere in the floor and room

Excellent location close to Nankai express rail line to Kansai airport, Osaka metro Namba and Nipponbashi stations, shopping, restaurants, Dotonjori, Denden Town! Free laundry 24 hour service is fantastic!

Location is very very good and their laundry room even has vacuum machine for guest to use Room is big compare to other hotels that I stayed in Japan. There is lounge for guest to have free drink and snacks with comfortable seats We will definitely stay here if come back to Osaka!

Service is good. A good location near to all stations and bus stop. A lawson just outside the hotel and lot of restaurants, entertainment and shops when u just step out of the hotel. Location is near to Dotonbori just a 8 mins walk and also near to Shinsaibashi shopping street. Not to forget the Ichiran ramen is also near to the hotel just a 5 mins walk.

During our stay at the Namba Oriental Hotel, we found it to be an ideal location. Perfectly situated near major shopping malls and bustling streets, it offers easy access to popular spots like Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The service was fast and friendly, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Namba and Nipponbashi metro stations, and the direct train from Kansai Airport makes it incredibly convenient. Most importantly, the staff and locals were exceptionally helpful, often going out of their way to guide and even escort us to our destinations.

Excellent location. Alot of food places around the hotel. Located near Namba station which is within walking distance to Dotonbori.

The hotel location is great. It is just next to nippongbashi station exit or Namba station exit. At night many great food. Near to kuromon market as well. DONKI is 24hrs that was 100m away from hotel. Just that I feel the hotel is slightly old.

Hotel location is very good, near to Namba Station. Housekeeping service is also available on daily basis. Carpet in room has abit of stains. Exterior looks old but acceptable.

Currently undergoing renovation at the 1st floor and exterior of the building until early or mid-December.

Excellent location, super close to metro station. Great service from staff and very friendly with good english. Very good breakfast buffet with local food selections.
