This was my second stay at Mercure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba, and I came back because I truly loved my first experience — happy to say it did not disappoint! ✨ Location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Namba, steps from Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, near train stations, shopping, and tons of food spots. Super lively outside, calm and cosy inside.

The location is excellent ,right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. There is a FamilyMart directly across the street, which is very convenient. The hotel is located just behind Fendi, with Lululemon right opposite. If you go shopping and get tired, it’s very easy to return to the hotel to drop off your bags and head out again. However, there are a few downsides. The hotel is quite dark overall, and there is no daily cleaning service. Towels are not replaced unless you specifically request it. Overall, this hotel is perfect for shopping and convenience, but if you prefer brighter rooms or daily housekeeping, you may want to consider this before booking.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping street and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The bed is comfortable and spacious. I specifically booked this room with a washer so that I could wash my clothes anytime from my room. Absolutely worth it and highly recommended.

Stayed here for our first couple of nights at Osaka upon arrival. Location wise, can’t ask more. For us, best location as walking distance to Doronbori. Room was small, barely enough for opening 2 luggage bags. But toilets and shower room were great and amazing! Lightings were made to lit on a moody element so we’re a fan of it:) beddings were excellent as well! Slept like babies every night. Lobby, recreational room were amazing!🎉❤️👍 Will be returning and highly recommended!
