Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka Namba offers a very smooth and easy check-in and check-out process. Everything is well-organized and hassle-free. The hotel provides almost everything guests might need — even small details like hair ties are available. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Nipponbashi Metro Station. Traveling to Nara is very convenient as there’s no need to change trains, and Namba Station is also within walking distance. After check-out, guests can still store their luggage at the hotel. They provide a luggage tag number, which makes the process secure and easy. Although the room is small (typical for Japan), it is well-equipped with complete amenities and everything is functional. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always greet guests with a smile. Overall, this hotel is great value for money with an excellent location and service. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Osaka, especially around the Namba area.

Omg this hotel is so perfect🥰. Bus limousine stop was in front of the hotel and very close to Namba station. Can walk to dontonburi like 5mins. Got convenience store down stair. Got everything u need at the lobby (face cleanser,cleansing oil,hair conditioner…etc) Even the room was quite small but it does have everything u needed. Definitely will come back again.

The room was very clean and had two bathrooms, stocked with a variety of skincare products, including cleansing oil. There are two subway lines nearby, which is incredibly convenient. You'll find two convenience stores in the Kitahama direction, and a supermarket at the subway station. Over by Yodoyabashi Station, there's a Matsuya, and the sandwiches at the cafe downstairs are delicious and cost under 30.

Great location, excellent spot with plenty of food options downstairs. It was a very pleasant travel experience. The facilities are complete, the service is good, and the price is not expensive!!

This hotel is perfectly located at Yodoyabashi Station, right between Umeda and Namba (Shinsaibashi). It offers incredibly convenient and fast public transport access to Kansai International Airport, Itami Airport, and Universal Studios Japan. Plus, there's direct access to the Midosuji subway line from the hotel's basement. If you're considering staying in Umeda or Namba, I'd recommend checking out this area instead. It offers great value for money and excellent transportation links. Although the rooms are small, they are fully equipped with everything you need, making it an ideal base for a night's rest.
