Hotel 2-3 estrellas, muy buena atención, todos muy amables y serviciales pero el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba y el agua caliente se demoraba 10 minutos en funcionar, desayuno normal, nada de otro mundo, quizas agregaría mas variedad

Hotel mas o menos y personal de recepción pésimo. Ofrecen estacionamientos pero no hay para todos entonces si llegas tarde debes quedar tapando otros autos. Eso me ocurrió llegamos tarde y el recepcionista Gonzalo Ortega De manera prepotente nos exigió que debiamos dejar las llaves del auto. Le insistí que no quería que nadie lo manejara y que a la hora que fuera me avisara para yo mover el auto, se lo repetí varias veces pero el tipo tenía malos modales y prepotente. Adivinen que pasó...fui a ver mi auto a las 9:00 de la mañana y ya lo habían movido!!! A pesar de haberle dicho e insistido que no lo hicieran, lo hicieron!! Explicación?? Ninguna solo que el prepotente Gonzalo Ortega no había avisado. Una falta de respeto

Está en el centro de Osorno, cerca hay lugares para comer. Las instalaciones son buenas, algo antiguas con detalles, pero nada que no pueda ser mejorado. El problema son las personas de recepción, llegamos y el trato fue displicente, casi al borde de la mala onda, pero pensamos que era por la noche o la época que vivimos (covid)... al día siguiente, las personas de atención en el desayuno súper bien, pero nuevamente al hacer el check out, un modo malo, de otra persona, una Sra de la recepción. Lamento que nos lleváramos esa impresión, quizás fue un mal día de ambos, pero no deja de ser un punto a mejorar. Muy bien por las personas del comedor y aseo en todo caso
