Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. The room was big, airy beautiful with the view of front entrance. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes & slippers. The towels were big fluffy. Their breakfast spread that in addition of regular items included a variety of smoked fish, smoothies, honeycomb (that I really enjoyed), breads etc. In addition there was a whole setup for children to enjoy various breakfast goodies. The facility is located on the lake, not easily accessible by foot.

It is a brand new place, with amazing views of the lake, great facilities that are second to none. Still few things that needs to be chiselled, but overall definitely a place to recommend for families, couples and solo travellers. The swimming pool area, together with their SPA are a big credit.

Not a lot to do in Ostroda in the winter, but the Radisson Blu Resort is quite nice and still very new. We booked a Lake View room which indeed had a nice view of the lake. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. A night light would improve the bathroom, but other than that no complaints. The pool complex is huge and very well equipped. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was perfectly fine, and the service was very good. Even though there was only one waitress for most of the evening she did an amazing job of providing very good service.

The hotel is amazing in every respect. I recommend it with a pure heart ❤️ Great food and a large selection. Professional, nice and helpful service. We are very pleased with the facilitis, the children are delighted with the swimming pools. We will definitely come back.

One of the greatest places with kids in Poland. It has everything: new enormous kid's room, new spacious rooms, better than average food for dinner and breakfast, improved service. Would recommend for short or longer family stays.

A great property at a great location. Although a relatively new property what was shocking to note that when the property was contacted in less than 24 hours post check out that a phone was forgotten in the room , there was no one at the reception willing to help or even show any interest or enthusiasm to assist for a VIP member of Radisson . We were driving from Osztynek to Gdansk and Ostroda was on route and we volunteered to stop and pick up the charger on the way and optionally offered them to deliver it at the Radisson Gdansk property and there was no response of any kind . There is a serious credibility issue with the property and if in a relatively new property this is the response , it is worrying to note how the service level will be when the property will be up to full capacity in the next season .

Room not available until 2 hours after official checkin. Nobody for staff seemed bothered. Next day room servicing not happening. At 17.00 spoke to hotel director. He promised room would be serviced immediately. So we went to the pool. One hour later room servicing just started and we had to wait in bathrobes in the corridor. Spoke to the director again. He promised to comp one night. It didn’t happen. Email to the hotel without response. Only small bathrobes in the room, extremely long wait time for service in the restaurant. Air conditioning working poorly, bird excrements on the terrace not cleaned.

It is not 5-stars hotel!
A few disadvantages:
- air condition doesn't work
- bed and pillows are hard as a rock
- cosmetics are very low quality
- unprofessional service
- the room was not cleaned every day
- no room service before 2 p.m
- it was very stuffy in the hotel
- no towels and bathrobe in the room for our son on an extra bed
