I bought a 60-square-meter room. I estimated that the upper and lower floors were about 40 square meters. I don't know how the usable area of hotels in Japan is calculated.

The accommodation where everything was perfect. Although there are no other facilities nearby, you can fully enjoy everything within the accommodation.

There was no problem with the ryokan itself, but the site is really the worst. Obviously, I searched and made a reservation for 4 adults and 2 children, but 2 children were omitted, making me spend 200,000 won more. Even in other hotels, 4 adults and 2 children were missing, but 2 adults and 1 child were missing????? I also missed a child who paid a fee, and even when I came here, I think I spent about 400,000 won more. What is the use case for reserving a double room for one person based on common sense??????? It's really the worst and all I can think about is that they're stealing our money. I will never use this site again.

Facilities, services, and standards are mediocre. The room was cramped for 4 people and the food was personally the worst. The public bath is too small. The strange clothes worn inside the ryokan are made too uncomfortable. I don't think I will visit twice.

This ryokan is perfect for quiet relaxation and enjoyment. It's worth getting away from the hustle and bustle for a day and enjoying the freedom. The location is remote, but I can tolerate it. I liked it so much that I am satisfied with my second visit.

Quiet environment and elegant decoration. The staff are friendly and considerate. On the first night, we arrived very late. As soon as the car arrived, the staff greeted us with umbrellas and delivered the dinner quickly. The next morning, the car was covered by heavy snow, and the staff came He quickly helped to sweep the snow. On the third day, when we were about to leave, the staff had already swept the snow for our car, which was really considerate. The daily breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the cooking is extremely delicious. The daily dishes are very delicate. After the meal, you can go to the bar to drink, get drunk, and watch the snow outside the window, 👍👍👍👍👍

The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay there. Looking forward to re-visit the venue again if I come around Otaru area next time.

Interior design is very modern, room was very cozy. Though stairs to upstairs which contains 2nd bedroom and bathroom was quite steep, so try to get single story room if you are planning to travel with elderly family member. Food was amazing, seemed to be cooked with fresh ingredients. Staff were very kind. They were very supportive and respectful.
