High C/P.  So rush hour it is hard to take elevator

The staffs were very nice, the room was not big, but everything just was arranged correctly and comfortable. In the morning, there was nice breakfast.

Good to Go

It was far from any station, about a 12-minute walk. It was also a bit far to call a taxi, and carrying heavy luggage was tiring.

The accommodation comes with breakfast, and the breakfast is rich. The breakfast changes every day for three days, which is good. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from JR Otsu. There are some shops and supermarkets around. You can walk to Mii Temple, but it is relatively quiet and there are not many tourists. I stayed on the 14th floor. The room is small but well-equipped. I operated the machine myself. There were Chinese prompts. I chose not to clean, but I was given a new towel every day, which was hung in the bag outside the door. The wifi in the room was available in the afternoon of the first day, but it was not available at night. I went to the front desk to negotiate. The communication was a bit complicated, but it was solved smoothly. In addition, a password was given, but the wifi in the room on the 14th floor was not very stable for three days. Overall, it is still a recommended place.

My room was in front of the air conditioner unit storage area, so the view from the window was terrible. Apparently there are rooms with views of Lake Biwa, so I wish they'd let me choose the view I wanted. Even though I asked if I wanted a room with a good view when I checked in... I wish they'd explained to me that, if there was an air conditioner unit outside the window, unfortunately there were no other rooms available, or that the other rooms were more expensive.

The location is convenient, very close to the subway station, and the room is of normal size. It is easy to find on the roadside, but there are trams on the road, so people with poor sleep may need to pay attention. I didn't feel anything when I slept alone

The location is good in the center of Hamaotsu. However, the parking lot was full, so I used the coin parking lot right in front, but it was difficult to park because the tram runs there. The breakfast buffet had a board showing the availability of the buffet, so it was easy to understand. It was good that there was a lot of ice available.

Toyoko Inn has chain stores all over the country, so you can book without any mistakes.

It was a good location for traveling by car, close to Mt. Hiei and Miidera Temple.

The room was compact and well laid out. The window faced east and I was very satisfied with the sunrise.

I thought it might be inconvenient that there was only one elevator. The amenities and the assistance were very friendly.
