The employees were amazing and fast when we needed something. It was a great stay. The rooms are smaller than I thought and the blankets are extra thin. Had to order another and it was REALLY thin too.

The hotel was close to all amenities. Restaurant right by the hotel(walking distance). Rooms were clean .

The fact that it takes 5 -7 business days to return a damage deposit of $200 is ridiculous - I've never had this happen at any other hotel chain.
Also - I was but in a very noisy room, however, the staff were kind and moved my room.

Staff and check in was pleasant but I was sad to see they gave us room with an air conditioner that couldn't close and had a gap, letting air in from the outside so we had to amp up the heat to cancel out the cold. Had a blizzard on Tuesday; so the room was either suffocatingly hot or freezing cold. Also, a couple plugs weren't working.

Though under some construction it was still accessable and quiet. The snack machine in the lobby was out of order- disapointing at 12am!!

Very friendly staff and clean inside, pool facility is small and is rented to swimming instructor and was very disappointed that as a paying guest of the hotel could not relax and enjoy the pool and actually left the pool area cause I felt very uncomfortable

I don't appreciate having to play an additional $200 deposit after checking in and after being told I would receive back on r I check out I'm told I won't receive it back for 5 days. This is the a currupt and unacceptable. I will never book using ******* or with Travelodge again
