Just had a pot of mint tea brought out to where we are sitting in the courtyard after a day exploring the Medina. Very friendly people in a beautiful hotel with all mod cons (luckily no gym). Pool is chilly (April) but nice to look at. Looking forward to the rest of our stay. It is away from the bustle of Marrakech but you do need to get the complementary shuttle bus or a taxi to & from town as it is 5 miles away. Ok to walk if you are fit as lthe ocals are friendly & kind & there are shops and things to see on the way. Highly recommended.

I returned to Caravanserai 19 years after my last visit, and i was so happy to be greeted by smiling faces that I recognised. The hotel is still just as magical as it was all those years ago. It is a wonderful home, just 15 minutes from the noisy centre of town. You wake to sound of the birds….you won’t want to leave the tranquility of the pool… The suites are just gorgeous and are more like apartments, and have lovely little terraces. This place truly feels like your own home during your stay. I already wish I could stay longer, but I will be back again soon :)

Myself & my 2 sisters had a wonderful stay here… the staff were so friendly, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us! Beautiful rooms, authentic, colourful and comfortable. We had a delicious breakfast each morning, the hotel cats were adorable and were so well looked after. It was a 20 minute journey into the main town but the hotel organised the taxis for us which was great. This was a perfect little boutique hotel for a getaway trip, would definitely recommend and go back. Special shout-out to Abdel who was so amazing, chatty and friendly.

I came for a short week with a friend at the beginning of October in this exceptional setting between the riad and the hotel, Caravan Serai is a good compromise. You will be welcomed by attentive staff to make you immediately feel at home. Slightly outside the center of Marrakech, you can get around easily by free shuttle or taxi. The surroundings are calm which allows you to find yourself in a haven of peace. The people of the village are very respectful and kind. You can have lunch or dinner by the pool in a magical setting, the staff will always be there to satisfy your every request. The hotel also has a very typical Moroccan hammam where you will be welcomed by the pretty and sweet Fatima🥰 for a dream massage, treatments, manicure or blow drying... Many activities and excursions are offered and organized to you by the Caravan Serai team, everything is at your disposal to spend incredible days. I recommend the quad in the palm grove for a total change of scenery! The welcome, cleanliness and services are essential in this hotel, you can book with your eyes closed. A big thank you to the whole team: Philippe, Foued, Achmi, Hamid, Fatima etc...the cleaners and cooks too who are adorable. See you soon insha'Allah, Audrey

Un delicieux repos dans un magnifique Riad qui a beaucoup de cachet et de vécus vous pourrez flâner à votre guise dans les immenses chambres ( n 16) ainsi que le jardin et le bord de piscine vous installer lire dans un petit patio calme et reposant Baigner de soleil ou d ombres chacun y trouvera sa place déjeuner et dîner au bord de la piscine le personnel et au petit soin pour vous apportez les services dont vous auriez besoin Évidemment pour se rendre au centre de Marrakech il vous faudra prendre un taxi mais eux aussi sont au petits soins pour vous déposez et reprendre quand vous le souhaitez à un prix abordable Craquez pour un hammam et un massage Très bien réalisé Le patron vous racontera l’histoire de ce Riad hors du temps Un havre de paix qui s’ouvre à vous je le conseil vivement

Hotel temidden van krottenwijk. Buiten zwerfvuil vliegen en smerig. Voelde onveilig . Hotel smerig door zwerf katten ook op balkon van kamer . Restaurant vol met katten en komen naast je op de stoel zitten. Vreselijk!! Personeel vriendelijk maar kunnen niks aan veranderen. Manager doorgegeven van katten allergie doch niks gedaan. Ligstoelen bij zwembad bezet door katten Buiten het hotel geen enkele winkel of terras helemaal afgelegen van het centrum welke informatie niet gedeeld word op de site Ziek teruggekomen. De ober Cemo hamers en Fuad erg aardig maar meer niet Slechtste vakantie ooit
