Chateau Eden El Rouh & Spa

This hotel was beautiful! But looks can be deceiving. In our room, the tv, toilet and sink were broken along with no towels available. Though there were many cleaning and maintenance staff visible, service was extremely slow even though we were the only guests at the hotel!!! It took 1 hour to get pool towels, and the wait staff for lunch was no where to be found. When bringing these disappoints up with the management they seemed uninterested and annoyed. We were charged for parking despite the website advertising it was free private parking. Though the pool was magnificent ( only good thing about the hotel ), I would not recommend this hotel. Service was horrible, we felt ignored as clients, and left as soon as the sun came up!

We finished our Morocco trip at this hotel to enjoy a few days of relaxation. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Oualidia. We would especially like to highlight the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of Mrs. Rajaa, who was always attentive to our needs and made every effort to ensure that our stay was truly fantastic. Thanks to her care and attention, our experience was memorable and enjoyable from beginning to end. Spanish Family,

Not recommended at all , this hotel only to take pictures and not for a 4 stars hotel experience , value of money 0

Dear Iden Rouh Team, I would like to personally thank all the hotel staff, especially Mr. Mounir and Ms. Hiba, for their warm welcome, kindness, and excellent service during the night I spent with my work team at Hotel Iden Rouh. I truly appreciated the professionalism at the reception, the pleasant and well-organized tour of the hotel, as well as the excellent quality of the meals and the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. Everything was perfectly arranged, and the overall experience was outstanding. Aziz MD
