The property is really beautiful and spacious, with all sorts of animals to examine. The dinner in the restaurant was very tasty. Staff is friendly. One Star less: they have a huge breakfast buffet. I dont think thats necessary, the Quality suffers therefore. I rattert choose less but better quality. Anyway the cereal buffet is great.

Nice Guest house in a wonderfull area! Okay, we would not stay here for days at it is far away located from anything, but the Guest House is really wonderfull for a short time trip. Rooms are big enoph and clean. Furniture a bit older. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is premium!

Positives: great location. Beds comfortable and rooms spacious. Pleasant waitrons. Negatives: noisy fridge. Bed linen had a miffy smell, restaurant food expensive and the steak was inedible. Breakfast not worth R175 pp. Room 1, block A. Noisy due to compressor and people outside waiting for breakfast to open.

The breakfast was not up to standard. Room is OK. A bit small. No soap, only a bottle with body wash. Same soap at wash basin. It is a lovely setting. With a little bit of TLC it will be an unforgettable place.

Everything was great, including the set up, easy access to swimming pool and location between Cango Caves and town.....but please dont put a sweet gravy sauce on my whole dinner without asking. Otherwise

Clean tidy and a great view, breakfast a must. The room had 2 small problems, the basin plug was stuck and the toilet did not flush. This is my 6 th stay, my go to accomodation in Oudtshoorn. A must is to stay in the tents.

My second time here. Nice and peaceful setting. Clean and well-maintained property with some farm animals, a river running through the property, and numerous options to choose from in terms of rental units. I would give five stars if they upgraded to smart TVs in the rooms. Our TV was tiny with only OpenView, that is my only gripe otherwise don't hesitate to book here.

Things have changed since I was last here , rooms are still good, they have upgraded their breakfast and the amount of choice is excellent,quality is good ,the grounds have been meticulously kept neat and tidy ,it’s a perfect place if you have kids to be free and play , such a treat to see the animals and wild animals that are close by,we really enjoyed our stay ,we were not affected by loadshedding-generator onsite

The communication was terrible, I wanted to postpone my booking because of an immediate death and they said it was okay when the time came they refused because they take days to respond to you and they don’t pick up their phone.
