O hotel é bom. As acomodações são muito boas, o banheiro está novo, porém as toalhas e lençóis, embora limpos, estão velhos. Pelo valor da diária, deveriam investir em roupas de cama melhores. Os funcionários do hotel são bastante simpáticos. Todavia, os funcionários da cafeteria (onde servem o café da manhã) poderiam ser mais atenciosos e simpáticos. Além disso, o café da manhã é pequeno e sem variedade. Localização é excelente, próximo ao centro e à parte histórica.

Achei o hotel muito simpático e o café da manhã delicioso! Único ponto negativo é que o banheiro por não ter ventilação natural dá um pouco de mal cheiro principalmente a noite. As instalações são antigas, mas é o que dá o charme do hotel! Fica bem próximo das igrejas e dá pra g de bastante coisa a pé

Estuvimos en el mes de octubre y la habitación que alquilamos fue la numero 12 del segundo piso (tiene ascensor). Daba a la calle pero era silenciosa. Buen decorada con un baño amplio. Recomendable. El personal de primera muy amable y servicial. Desayuno variado y era hecho en el día. Recomendable

Localização excelente, próxima dos melhores restaurantes. Quarto amplo com um bom banheiro e café da manhã simples mais bastante satisfatório. A internet é um pouco instável, mas nao fe, falta alguma. O grande diferencial é o atendimento. Todo o staff foi muito atencioso conosco. Recomendo e certamente voltarei a me hospedar lá!

Hotel bom, mas longe de ótimo. Café da manhã com poucas opções, não sendo nada saboroso. Atendimento cordial, mas não simpático. TV SKY com poucas opções disponíveis. Muito barulho interno. Enfim, acho que retornaria somente na falta de opção melhor.

A pousada é um charme, o serviço é nada menos que perfeito desde a recepção até as arrumadeiras. Todos solícitos, simpáticos e prontos a ajudar. A limpeza é nota 10 e o café da manhã com café especial e pães caseiros uma delícia. Mas o destaque mesmo é para as pessoas, a moça que serve o café tem nível de conhecimento sobre o café surpreendente.

A pousada é super bem localizada, na Rua Direita, bem pertinho da praça Tiradentes e possui garagem descoberta para guardar o carro. A Pousada possui elevador e o café da manhã é servido na cafeteria que tem na porta que de manhã fica fechada ao público externo. O café da manhã é excelente, bem diversificado e gostoso. Fiquei no quarto com banheira, o quarto é amplo, arejado, confortável, porém a banheira é bem barulhenta. Os funcionários são gentis e educados, foi uma estadia muito prazerosa e confortável.

O hotel possui ótima localização, recepcionistas muito atenciosos, café da manhã normal. Quarto de tamanho regular, banheiro bom, mas com toalhas desgastadas. A ressalva maior que faço é em relação à cama que é muito dura, tornando-se desconfortável, o que nos deixou com dor nas costas.
