The hotel was very beautiful. The bar and restaurant were comfortable but the drinks were very overpriced.
The hotel accommodated an early check in without a charge which was a bonus. They did charge a $200 fee - which will be returned to my account, but I was not expecting that charge.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and was looking forward to coming back. This time, I found the staff to be unfriendly and not helpful. They said since I booked my reservation through ******* and not through Bonvoy they weren’t able to answer my questions about my booking. I also found my room to be not as clean as it had been in previous stays. It was very obvious that the floor had not been washed and the room had a strange odor. I ordered room service which was delivered without utensils. They never came back with utensils. Overall, I was very disappointed.

Beautiful Hotel
Beautiful property and very walkable. I enjoy walking a lot, and the hotel had lots of indoor and outdoor space!
The room was very spacious, lots of places to store your items! I also loved the soap with essential oils!! I was in heaven.
My only issue is, how long it takes for the hot water to get warm, then hot. My electric brush spins for 2 mins, so I can honestly say well after 2 mins of running the hot water - it was just warm.

Staff was helpful and welcoming, room and facilities were clean, restaurant was great, hydration station and Starbucks are nice touches. Central location.
