Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There is some noise due to the 24 hrs construction that is going on, but it was manageable (used the fan sound to cover the outside noise). There are no lifts, so you will need to carry the luggage up the narrow stairs. The shared bathroom was quite small, and had weak water pressure. Location is very near the train station.

Actual place stay is far than reception, so loud outside, shared toilets even hair dryer have to take from reception!

the staffs were exceptionally friendly. My daughter was late for half an hour for breakfast, and when she arrived, although they cleared the buffet table already, the staffs are so nice to bring in several food items for her, this is some kind of a service that you cannot even get in 5 stars hotels.

Very near to train station. No lift, so if you with heavy luggages, watch you lower back. It was a decent hotel if the construction project next door were finish.

Excellent location and services, and the room was very clean. However, there’s an ongoing construction nearby and will be there until mid 2026. Beds were really comfortable, but the water pressure was a bit low. Breakfast was great.

Great location right beside the train station and easily walkable to many nearby attractions. Staff theres was really friendly and helpful, making our stay a pleasant one.

Room is way too expensive compared to the room with shared bathroom. Narrow stairs with big luggage. The offers to a room with private bathroom is located next to the construction site. Terrible for a vacation for a family. We did not check in and moved to another Leonardo hotel not using Trip.com, not to confuse the booking. Leonardo costs 10% more with a proper service. With Westgate should cost 50-70% less compared to the actual condition. The question is also going to Trip.com not to verify this for the customers.

There is only one of the advantages, closer to the railway station, otherwise there are only disadvantages, the room is very cold, the batteries are weak, the heated towel rail does not work at all, it is very cold in the shower, and hot water is also a big problem, a complete disappointment😣😣😣

The staff there were very enthusiastic and friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The house's location is perfect, close to the train station, and very convenient. The power sockets in the room are a bit few, it is inconvenient to can not charge at the bedside.
