May 14th - 21st, Room 717 Our stay was nothing short of amazing! We loved every minute and were thoroughly pleased with everything. The Greek evening was delightful and enjoyable. The Spa provided a truly relaxing experience. During our time here, we embarked on several well-organized TUI tours, guided by friendly locals. One highlight was the 12km round trip walk to Kolkithia Beach—a fantastic hike rewarded with a refreshing swim. The private beach boasted an enclosed swimming area with crystal-clear waters teeming with fish. While we won’t be returning to this specific hotel, having explored the local area extensively, we’re excited to explore more of the island by staying at one of their sister hotels. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for making our holiday memorable! ️.

Best Hotel ever! Great food, really good accomondation, great location, big pools. Very friendly service. The only.problem is that you need a vehicle to reach the town. Every room has great view. I came here for the Easter and the Sunday Greek party was great

Spa was beautiful recommend Kostas, I had the facial which was gorgeous and I would definitely recommend going there if you stay at the hotel. The Spa is so relaxing and welcoming and you feel like all your worries melt away when you leave. I had the hydra facial which was so nice after being in the sunshine and smeoyld recommend this facial although they do a variety of everything

We visited for a week in June and had a fabulous time. Food was very good quality in the buffet and the staff were always friendly and helpful. My only ******* were that if you want a sun bed around the pool you need to do the dreaded early morning towel run. This was especially disappointing when beds were left reserved and their owners did not appear until after lunch. I would also like to see the ‘premium all inclusive’ improved. Despite paying extra for ‘premium all inclusive’ I would estimate that 70 per cent of the drinks and a la carte menus were not included in your package. The Greek night was fantastic as were the exercise classes we enjoyed each morning. The app based booking system works really well. We ventured out to Elounda and Spinalonga which are both worth a visit if you want to get away from resort. Overall a lovely break and would recommend.

Brilliant resort overall - currently a guest. However they allow guests to reserve beds around the pools, 9am not a bed left, yet no one on them. All reserved. Mention it to reception and they are in denial, they need to go and see. So if you are lucky enough to get bed round the pool, you are very lucky

So to put some content behind this review this is our second visit to the hotel and the room we had the first time was very nice in a quite part of the hotel this time however we where put In the back end of the resort room 852 and was woken up every morning by the bins or the road it was annoying but I didn't feel like I needed to complain as the room was still nice just was not very relaxing cut to day 4 of our holiday and I meet Annie sorry if I misspelled your name she was the Tui entertainment person for the resort and we was having a chat and I mentioned the noise and she let her manager know and the next day we had a new room which was nice for our last 2 days Marie from customer service and Alexander and Thomas where very pleasant and the last 2 days where very peaceful the hotel itself is beautiful and the beach area is stunning the food is nice but could use some work the spa for me is a bit expensive I wanted to use just the steam room and they wanted 30 euro which I thought was a bit expensive to be hot the staff are mostly lovely Tito was very nice and friendly the manager on his phone all day walking around was not very approachable he would say hello sometimes and just walk off on his phone there is a shop under the main building where you can buy most things if you vape buy from elounda they are 15 euro each hear but fag's are 4.60 so just smoke haha So amazing, beautiful resort some minor issues Annie was the friendliest person who you can tell takes a lot of pride in what she is doing and Tui are lucky to have her.

Another holiday at Elounda Village and another exceptional stay. From the moment you walk through the door you know you are at wonderful place. The location is superb meaning most of the rooms have a great view over the beautiful Mirabello Bay. Speaking of which the restaurant named after the bay has to be one of the most lovely spots to enjoy the wonderful food on offer. Nicos and all the staff here ensure each meal is an experience to be treasured. The beach bar is located just below the restaurant and is a similarly great place to enjoy a casual lunch and drinks. Once again the staff, including Zia, Loukas and Giorgous make sure you are well looked after. A visit here would not be complete without the Greek Night - talented musicians, local dancers and the serene setting of the Cullinarium make for a memorable night. We always look forward to returning so that we can relax in the wonderful atmosphere (with no kids rushing around), enjoy the location and superb service. By far and away the biggest asset of the Village is the staff. Without exception every single one greets you with a smile and a positive can do attitude, far too many to mention individually but the fact that many of them are now genuine friends gives you some idea that this place is so so much more than just a hotel. A word of warning though - if you do visit here you too will be hooked and end up returning again and again.

Came here for 11 days and had a lovely holiday, however I would not say this hotel is 5 star as advertised. Room: We had a room with a garden view, and on first impressions we were dissapointed, the room is quite outdated with lack of basic furniture such as chest of drawers, and what furniture is available seems old and well used, this also seems apparent in the dinning room. We had a TV but with only 1 English channel of BBC news available it wasn't worth having, with the choice of its positioning on the window doors questionable. The bathroom also could do with modernising as the shower isn't great, it leaks and the bath is so narrow you can barely put two feet together to stand in it. Food: We were half board basis so had breakfast and dinner included. The food was ok as a buffet style but became repetitive over the days and we felt as though some dishes were created to use up leftovers from the night before. Staff were friendly but seemed overworked with sometimes one poor staff member running around trying to keep up with the volume of people. We also found drinks very expensive especially if you were half board as the only drink you had included for the day was at breakfast. A litre bottle of water to share at dinner was €4.50 and a small bottle of sprite/coke €5.00. Beers were reasonable at around €6/7.00 but if I wanted a non alcohol mocktail it was €11.00!! As a non drinker this seemed overpriced. I noticed on a few occasions we were offered free glass of wine such as on our arrival and on special evenings but because I don't drink I got nothing else offered to me. Facilities: The hotel has good pool areas and lovely views, the mini-mart is open everyday and is reasonably priced compared to the bars and restaurants, the spa is also excellent if you can afford the treatments as they are expensive. They have a beach bar with nice views but unfortunately it's only open until 6pm. The lobby bar is open until late. Overall we had a good time, but to be 5 star I think a few things need doing.

Kostas did wonderful work. The massage was very relaxing, the environment too. He uses different oils and practices. The price is fine for the excellent quality, plus a quater hour for free as special offer. I would recommend it to everyone.
