Spectacular renovated oceanfront hotel. Super friendly staff, rooms with incredible views. Everything is brand new. The mattresses are super comfortable, and I was able to connect my Netflix to the room's TV. The breakfast is surprisingly varied and high-quality. I will return and recommend it.

We spent one night at the hotel, the service was excellent, the location of the hotel unbeatable and the rooms completely renovated with views of Santa Cristina beach, highly recommended...the buffet breakfast was fantastic, we will return without a doubt.

I am going to write my opinions one by one, after arriving at the hotel today: 1.- the room was in a terrible condition, the carpet was very dirty and had stains 2.- the minibar fridge was crooked and the sign was barely legible because it was so old 3.- the wifi did not work, we had to reconnect every 2 x 3 times 4.- the mirror was not cleaned as seen in the photo 5.- the pillow was extra flat (we had to go down to get 2 from reception) 6.- the air conditioning barely worked 7.- there were no plugs in the room (NONE) 8.- minimalist decoration from 50 years ago 9.- dirt parking lot The location is magnificent on the beachfront, but it caught my attention to read the management's replies from years ago saying that it was being restored and today... My room still needs a good renovation that was NEVER done. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS, THE DIRTY CARPET IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Regards

The hotel is stuck in the 80s in terms of style, decoration and care, but well for me that is not the most important thing. If you are looking for luxury, do not come. The room is quite large with a separation to sit down. The breakfast, well, ordinary, pastries, cereals, juices... little else. I would highlight the kindness of Juan, one of the receptionists who informs you of everything, which is phenomenal. Next door is the club where there is a heated swimming pool, which is a sports pool. Hotel con una ubicación privilegiada, fantástica, enfrente de una playa espectacular. La habitación con vistas al mar es súper confortable y cómoda. Lo peor es el servicio de desayuno, es pésimo. Con poco personal, no profesionales, variedad escasísima, poca fruta, no había kiwis, naranjas. Bollería muy poca. Las bandejas casi siempre vacías, reponían poco. Hasta faltaban tazas y platos de desayuno. Es una pena que un hotel tan estupendo no esté gestionado por gente más profesional. En manos de otra cadena hotelera sería una mina de oro. Ojalá logren darle el esplendor que merece.
