It's strategically located: a stones throw away from Gaisano, short tricycle ride from the airport, walking distance from the city hall and main boulevard.
The room however was not very spacious (not enough space to move around) and had a smell (coming from the toilet).
For not picky travelers that need only a place to sleep in and a cold shower, it's fine. Not good for those traveling with children and senior citizens as it doesn't have an elevator.
