The family enjoyed the space very much, it is a great space for a family gathering and vacation. The host is very responsive and easy to work with. The location is perfect and easy access to everything. A wonderful holiday for all ages.

This is a quiet lovely neighborhood with easy access to Wahweap. Teens and adults had a great time. We found the house very clean. We especially appreciated the three king beds the great view from the balcony and ample parking for cars as well as the boat. It is likely that we will book this home again for a family trip to Lake Powell.

beautiful property
Overall, the property is very nice and I enjoyed my time there. However, I did notice a few areas that could use some attention:
1. **Yard Maintenance**: The yard was full of weeds which detracted from the overall appearance of the property.
2. **Patio Cleanliness**: There were a lot of ants on the back patio.
3. **Pool Cleanliness**: The pool was a bit dirty and could benefit from more frequent cleaning.
4. **Wildlife**: In the evening, there were many bats flying over the pool.
Despite these issues, my overall experience was positive. I believe addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the enjoyment of future visitors.
Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to seeing these improvements on my next visit.

Great House!!
There were 5 of us staying here on a girls trip. We were very impressed with everything about this house from the cleanliness of it, to having lots of space and a POOL, to the house being stocked with the basics. Communication with the owner was fast and friendly. We all said we would stay here again!!
