I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, despite parking being listed as available in amenities, there was absolutely no parking provided. Had to park far from the property.
Even the bed linen and bedsheet was torn and not replaced in a long time.
Several other items like towels, tea bags, cups and water bottles were also missing, had to call back to back for these.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel to others

One of the best property I have ever stayed in my entire life. Must try a place in pahalgam. Some one needs to add this property in the wonders of Kashmir valley.

Food was average and room facilities were poor as we got no heating in the room. Location was good but average property

No water provided in bathroom. No space heater. Wardrobes damp and not usable. Towel was not provided. No lift facility for rooms on 2nd floor.

Every-time call at reception for everysmall things. Like not getting hot water 24 hrs for bathing. No blowers for 24 hr. Very bad experience

The location is prime i. E. In the market. Rooms are good. They provided all toiletries. They have own restaurant.
