Vang Vieng Eco Lodge

The location is good,it's by the river and you have the view of the mountain. It's quiet and not a lot of people around, a bit far from the city center but the owner called a tuk tuk for us when we checked out,we paid 200,000 kip for it but we think we got robbed. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable

I am not impressed how is the staffs talking to me, The hotel mentioned I can come checked in after 2pm which I have paid in advance via trip.com and I arrive the hotel at 6:30pm, first thing first the lady speak Thai and complained why you’re come so late!!! I was like …what? Excuse me I did pay for the hotel and I am here for good service and peaceful natural but the things I got is complaining from the staff? And the day that I went to stay there, hotel allow the people make party which is really loud and I asked the staffs if they have policy to control like after 11pm or mid night you can’t make noise but he said, he did not know when they gonna finished, which is not what i was asking for ( i mean the hotel is quite far and I pick here I thought I will get a good escaped weekend to stay there nicely) but I was wrong, I really disappointed with your service. Please try to fix your staffs attitude when you’re doing service with customers or better don’t say anything at all.
