Rakkh resort in palampur is a beautiful property to relax, rejuvenate and unwind. Surrounded by nature n mountains a great getaway from the routine urban life. The rooms are well maintained, warm ,neat and loaded. The staff is very polite, courteous and well trained and they make sure you are comfortable. The food served is fresh and yummy. Loved their live stations of Maggie and eggs, fresh juice, Chai n pizza. Also loved the dhaam they arranged one night for dinner ***** with live local folk music by local artistes in traditional Kangra attires. The guided village walk, trip to the monastery, trek to the temple of a local diety where the locals offer grains, sugar, jaggery and their harvest...by Anil is very interesting and enjoyed the whole experience and all the information shared by Anil with full enthusiasm. Their kitchen staff is also very good and give a personal touch... Sunny attended to us very well. Their ***ager Swati makes sure that you are looked after well and are comfortable. And definitely not to miss their pets Tina and Talli ,who are very friendly and walk ***** with you on your treks. Overall a fantastic experience and enjoyed breathing in fresh and pure air and soaking in the vibes.

What a fantastic resort at the foot of the Himalaya mountain range! This is a great place to disconnect from your busy life and recharge among the threes, birdlife, animal life, culture, stunning scenery and nature. The food is great with strong influence of local cusine and own grown herbs and ingrediences. The Rakkh resort has a fantastic helpful and service minded staff which can also provide guided tours and hikes.

Amazing resort, amazing food, amazing attentive staff, we felt we are being taken care of at every step of the way. The resort has great amenities and leisure activities, i there are cute little juice and chai and other stations … the village and surrounding area hikes were amazing, the location of the resort is fantastic with amazing views

Spectacular property nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. Incredible views, perfect service, lovely outdoor activities. I must say the staff was particularly attentive and helpful. The GM Swati is a star that leads a great team. Food is lovely, ambience is perfect I can’t recommend this enoug!

Rakkh Resort is a beautifully designed architecture in hilly terrain. It was our first ever visit to Himachal Pradesh. I spent 02 nights at Rakkh with my family at beginning of April. I realized, one should spend at least 04 days at Rakkh to explore its authentic beauty, mountain treks and day excursion/hikes. Our stay @Forest Cottage was made so comfortable, it had balcony on front and back with nice sit out arrangement, very cozy bedding, aesthetically placed furniture in quite spacious room, energizing tea/coffee making station with varieties of green tea samples, bathtub with views of mountains. We were blessed to be served with great hospitality by entire team Rakkh starting with Ms Swati (General ***ager), Netra (Chief Chef), Sunny, Rohit, Sunil, Ra*** (Talli & Teena were lovable host). My son enjoyed his adventure ride with obstacle course, archery, dart game, pottery, stone painting, sky cycling and also night walk upto Ghamrota stream (Talli accompanied us) and morning village walk with our tour guides. Highlight of our stay was the Himachali cuisine served at Pahadi Rasoi which was an unforgettable experience. Each and every food item cooked was truly Satwik and nutritious. Various DIY stations of making your own Pizza, Barbeque, Tea, Maggie noodles, Santa-Banta Soda, Fresh fruit Juice was like "Learn with fun" for everyone. My gratitude to Swati Ma'am and entire team of Rakkh for providing us such wonderful, ever memorable moments with sweet Himachali touch. Thank You Very Much.

My husband and I stayed at Rakkh earlier this month, and it's safe to say it has been one of the most memorable experiences! The property in itself is beautiful, settled on top and tucked away in the mountains. The rooms are spacious and well maintained and the entire property is peppered with lots of greenery, making you feel one with nature at all times. They have a whole range of activities for both individuals as well as families to do together - ranging from adventure to more cultural activities. In addition to that they organise lovely treks and walks to nearby streams and villages, which is a great way of exploring the Himachal countryside. My favourite part however has to be the food. During your stay they organise a local Himachali dinner and breakfast where you get to sample traditional dishes in a rustic Pahadi Rasoi - words fall short to describe how amazing the food was.. All the other meals prepared by Chef Netra and his team were also very good. Lastly, a big shout out to Swati - the General ***ager and the entire team working there - Rohit, Sunny and the rest. They were extremely warm and attentive and took such great care, down to the smallest details. And that truly is what makes any stay an incredibly comfortable and memorable one. Also loved the dhaam they arranged one night for dinner ***** with live local folk music by local artistes in traditional Kangra attires. The guided village walk, trip to the monastery, trek to the Jia falls and the celebration of Holi with the delicious food, Dhol and colors was the highlight of the trip The trekking staff made the whole experience very enjoyable. Their kitchen staff is also very good and give a personal touch. GM Swati makes sure that you are looked after well and are comfortable. And definitely not to miss their pets Tina and Talli ,who are very friendly and walk ***** with you on your treks.
