Araiya Palampur

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

ALL EXCELLENT Arun senior cheff is very humble and cooperative and I xperience. His staff also are very good. Reception was v good. All were professional. Shashi kapoor is good. Property is v good . Excellent location. All facilities are available.

Very nice hotel view is amazing must recommend to others kindly visit 1 time in your life to stay in summers best place to cone in summer and winters and there food was also amazing value for money and feels the mountain ⛰️ and rooms were very neat and clean

Amazing experience at Araiya, Palampur. It was a cute resort at the top of Palampur with serene views and top-notch amenities and tasty food with a great variety. Kudos to all the staff for the superlative customer service. Special mention to Deepak and Amit in F&B for going out of their way. Must visit resort in Palampur, highly recommended.

The property is situated in very nice location. Road to reach is also drivable. Ambience, room amenities , open space is really excellent. All staff was really courteous , kind treated like one of family member. I felt seek on last day but they ensured I get all help they can, also they arranged for doctor at late night, which is really appreciable. Food and everything was really wonderful, well curated for everyone taste.

From the moment we arrived after a harrowing drive from Chandigarh, the warmth and hospitality of seeing the entire team waiting to receive us at midnight, set the tone for an exceptional stay. Every interaction with the GM Mr Javvaji Acharaya and his team was marked by genuine care and efficiency—they made us feel like the most valued guests at every step. We had booked an interconnected Deluxe suite with 1 Duplex suite for our trip, as suggested by the hotel. To our absolute delight, it was the perfect choice for our family. The rooms are elegant and have perfectly appointed amenities that cater to every comfort. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful touches that make you feel at home in luxury. Duty Manager Vishal was in touch with us days before our arrival to make sure our rooms were prepared for us as per our requirements. Staff memeber Sashikumar was ever eager to help. The spa is a haven of relaxation, offering a range of treatments that rejuvenate the mind and body. The serene ambiance and expert therapist Ritu and her team ensure a blissful escape from the hustle of daily life. And then there’s the food—simply fabulous! Chef Arun provided custom meals, to suit all of our different dietary requirements, while ensuring the culinary offerings are a feast for the senses, with each dish prepared to perfection. Whether it was hearty breakfast spread or the exquisitely crafted high tea and dinners, the flavors and presentation were always top-notch. Puneet and Jagmohan Singh never denied us a single request, always having a better alternative ready, if whatever requested happened to be unavailable. Lastly, I know this may not matter much to others, but the fact that the entire staff of the resort was kind to the 4 community cats that roam the grounds freely, made me and family very comforted and reassured that indeed we had chosen the right place for our family holiday. Araiya Palampur(read Pamperpur) is more than just a hotel; it’s an experience of comfort, care, and indulgence in the breathtaking lap of the Himalayas. We can’t wait to return
