Great hotel, wonderful spa area, but the breakfast is rather weak for the price. Cleaning up after breakfast yourself is generally strange, this is the first time I’ve seen this in hotels, not to mention 4 star ones

If you are pregnant, be cautious when booking SPA procedures that are marked with a symbol that indicates "suitable for pregnant women", as they might not be safe, because it includes lying on your back for extended periods of time, with no alternative. For example, I booked a face massage procedure, which turned out to be possible only while on my back the entire time, no seated or half-seated option. Staff offered only to cancel free of charge, as they cannot change the procedure to really be suitable for pregnant women. Shouldn't SPA places, that offer procedures for pregnant women, know that towards the end of pregnancy women can't lie on their backs for extended periods of time?

All in all it is a nice "sanatorium", but the single room was too small and stuffy so even if you travel alone book a double room. The treatment package was not worth the money as most of the treatements were useless so it is better to pay for the massage or anything else you want separately. The three meals inclusive deal was not a good idea, especially for dinner. So it is advisable to just take breakfast. However, Palanga itself does not have too many good restaurants. So take this into account...The cleanileness was not always good. Cleaning was very basic. They claim to be 4 star but give you only 2 towels as a result of which after taking shower which you do all the time if you take 5 treatements a day as i did, the bathroom floor is conitnuously wet and unclean. The location is OK if you are just interested in lying on the beach. But it is quite far from the city itself, from the pier, from the museums. So i walked about 10 to 13 kilometers every day amongst the decaying Soviet health centers to get to the center, which was good healthwise but not for everyone...

The hotell from Hell. Stay away, its better to jump in the river and learn to swim. I never complan, The breakfest was bad, cold green eggs? Juce mixed whit water? I so disepoined, The pictures of swimming pool and Sauna was small and it was not rom for many people. Noise, starting at 0700. But Dinner was good. BUT Stay away.

This place is great! Guests can enjoy SPA, 4 different Saunas,Jacuzzi and Swimming pools!
The breakfast is superb, lots of choices and very delicious. 5* star for the breakfast!

In general, we really liked this hotel, despite the fact that the room was not ready by 15.00, but we waited. When leaving, we were given an invoice without a receipt and we paid, after I checked and they counted one of the treatments that I did not do. We asked for a refund, for which we were told to go to the spa, at the spa we were told back to the reception... at the reception they gave us to fill out a form where there was no bank account, but the address and many other things had to be filed, To which we turned around and left, we didn’t have time for that. To take money it was quick but refund it take a time and for there fault. Be careful. And check your bill before paying.

We had really bad experience at this place with our family (5adults, 2 kids). We arrived and after waiting 15 mins with no acknowledgement from staff we decided to find waiter/ waitress ourselves for them to take our order. After almost 30mins of waiting for our drinks we approached the bartender to ask where our drinks were and can we get a bit speeder service. The bartender then approached our table and with raised voices told us we won’t be served at all and we should thank the friend who approached him to enquire about the slow service. We were shocked by bartenders statement and didn’t quite understand why we were all of a sudden declined the service! After having further conversation we found out that waitress Brigita only passed our order to bartender 20 mins after we placed it with her. She was not apologetic whatsoever and told us to calm down. We had to leave this place after the staff caused embarrassment to us in front of other customers and we didn’t even receive an apology for their incompetence. This place definitely needs to train their staff on customer service.

We have stayed many times , but this time was not as good, we had a few problems with the room, one of the problems was the fridge which was very loud and kept us awake, when we reported it they told us they are a bit loud andvthey could turn it off, we said that was no good as we had things in it, in the end they offered us another room, and the fridge in that room was fine, but the staff this time did not seem very happy normaly they are happy and cant do enough for you,
Also this time it was very dusty but that is because they are doing a lot of building work and must be expected,
We will go back again, because in the past it has always been very good, may be this was just a one off, so lets hope everything is back to normal when we go again in the summer
