The initial price seen on the website seemed good but before even seeing the room, we started getting charged extras: some of the extras didn’t even have used and they just told us to pay them without giving us any reason. Towels were not included, we had to pay an additional 10€ for them. There was no dishwasher and almost no soap to clean the plates with. The sofa bed was terrible and bent upwards, making you feel like your upside down. Overpriced, bad value .

We spent 1 week at Residence Green Village Palau, in bilo4. The small apartment is ok but not 4 stars. Very friendly people behind the desk and the people who daily take care of the complex. The owners of the bar are also very friendly and service minded. My mattress was full of staines (don't wanna know from what) and both me and my friend got itching from day 2 and today (Mei, 24 2023) still have it. We were lucky it was low season, because I'm sure you cannot get any rest during the high season, because people get rowdy till late in the night. And with those thin walls, you can hear everything. A good base from were you can visit other places. The WIFI in our apartment...wasn't in our apartment. We had to go outside for a little connection. But please, don't be mean to the people working there! They're all very kind and always ready to help the guests. A big hug to those beautiful people.

The positive first: the garden area was well-kept and the morning croissants in the café very tasty. The rest has a lot of room for improvement. The apartment was not very clean when we arrived, there was dirt everywhere in the corners and the balcony was completely dirty. There was only a broom with which you could sweep the floor and a bucket to mop. You could not even borrow a vacuum cleaner. The slatted frame of the extra bed broke down and was inadequately cobbled together on request. The following day the slat broke out again. Overall, the furnishings of the apartment are in a deplorable state and damages are only makeshift repairs. The billing of the booked services is unnecessarily complicated, as there is apparently no access to the online booking on site. So you have to clarify every single booked item again on site and check extra, which is annoying. Overall, the price-performance ratio is not justified.

Stayed 4 nights early April and was very happy with the service, apartment value, locality and especially value for money. We got upgraded free of charge to a bigger apartment than I had booked, Hired bikes for free for a day. Comfy beds, including a sofa bed. Clean apartment. Quiet location, no sea views but 2 minutes walk through the woods to beautiful beaches. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great stay overall.

Bâtiment non insonorisé, couchage canapé très moyen, chambre parentale dessus de lit très lourd. Manque un grille pain. Poêles usées téflon mauvais état 😡😡 Très bon emplacement accès au port à pied.

Leuk klein appartementencomplex. De meeste appartementen liggen rond het schone zwembad met ligbedjes. Wij hadden een prima schoon 2 kamer appartement met 2 balkons op de 1 e verdieping. Klein keukentje, goede douche(cabine) en een bed met een goede matras. Camping vlakbij (5min. lopen) is erg handig voor de verse broodjes s'mogens of s'avonds eten in het goede restaurant. Leuk strandje ook 5 min lopen door het bos. Het dorpje en de haven 15 min lopen. Voor bv de restaurantjes of de ferry naar la Maddalena. Als voetganger de ferry op gaan voor het leuke stadje of met de auto voor en tour langs de mooie strandjes. Naast de receptie is nog een barretje voor bv ontbijt of een drankje. Er wordt veel geklaagd over de bijkomende kosten. Zie het als het huren van een vakantiehuisje. Daar wordt ook tussendoor niet schoongemaakt, krijg je ook geen handdoeken en betaal je ook voor de eindschoonmaak. In net hoogseizoen betaal je ook energiekosten maar elders betaal je weer voor de airco per dag. Wij kwamen na 15 september dan heb je die kosten niet. Pak schoonmaakdoekjes en handdoeken mee (of daar huren 10,=) en gaan.

Per la quarta volta a distanza di anni sono tornato al Green village con la famiglia . Come sempre abbiamo trovato un ottima accoglienza, gli appartamenti ben puliti .. Ogni volta è sempre un piacere ..Rispetto alla mia ultima visita hanno aperto anche un bar vicino alla reception.

Residence molto bello in posizione ottima per raggiungere varie località e distante dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Ottima anche la pulizia. Bella la piscina centrale. Ci sono anche barbecue disponibili ed un bar. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Residence molto curato. Appartamenti puliti e ben forniti. Comodissima e ben pulita la piscina davanti agli appartamenti. Ottima posizione, la spiaggia più vicina è una spiaggia per cani, ma sono raggiungibili in 5-10 minuti a piedi anche splendide calette come la spiaggia dei cristalli. Inoltre prendendo la macchina a una distanza dai 15 ai 30 minuti tantissime spiagge meravigliose. Utili il giardinetto con altalena e scivoli per bambini e il bar all’interno del residence. Gentilissime e disponibili le signore alla reception, che ci hanno fornito tanti consigli utili. Consigliato!!
