Coron Visitors Hotel

We ordered luxe for 3800 peso and wait several hours for clean room, and get bunch of problems: 1) they forgot to bring second cup 2) they forgot to change teeth brush for previous Customer 3) Safe has no batteries 4) one power socket is not working 5) no sleepers in the room 6) water in swimming pool is dirty (leaves, insects) 7) the bags with creamer don't have cut to open it without knife Don't come to Philippines, it sucks, just come to Thailand Why we need to pay for them if we need to think for them? P.S. Hotel workers was very polite

This hotel is located a bit away from town so it’s about a 15 minute walk. Nothing major just something to be aware of. The staff are lovely and very helpful, they’re the best part of the hotel. The room is average and the aircon very loud. The hotel is next to a loud side passage used by the locals. The breakfast is not complimentary and not very good compared to other places around Coron. The place serves a purpose but I imagine there are plenty of other nicer places out there.

We booked a twin room for 3 nights at a very reasonable rate. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Shower was also spacious compared to most hotels in the price range with a shower curtain and hot water. The beds were very comfortable and the Aircon worked perfect even though there wasn't a fan. Toiletries such as soap and toothbrush and toothpaste were provided as well. Free coffee and drinking water in the lobby at any time of the day which is always helpful. The staff were great, very polite always smiling and always ready to assist. The location of the hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk to the restaurants and the wharf where the island hopping tours leave which also has a lot of street food. There is a store opposite the which is convenient and the hotel sells beer at a reasonable rate in the lobby as well. Couple of things which didn't match their description. Our room came with free breakfast however on arriving, we realised that the free breakfast was only a choice between 4 small pancakes or a fried egg with 4 slices of bread. This should be advertised well before so guests know what to expect. All other breakfast meals such as silog, you pay extra. Secondly,WiFi is advertised as free and available in all areas however this wasn't the case. The WiFi is only available near the reception and even though our room was on the ground floor, we did not have access to the WiFi.
