The Zuri Hotel Palembang

The facilities are great, the staff are friendly, and the view is amazing. Overall, I wasn't disappointed staying at this hotel.

The room was nice, breakfast was delicious as usual, the WiFi was fast, and the parking lot was spacious and safe.

The service was decent, but the pest control wasn't thorough enough. What really bothered me was having two doors in the room; I was constantly worried about someone from the next room knocking or even entering. At least the breakfast was good, which made up for it a little bit.

I really enjoyed all the facilities available. There were many well-maintained facilities and the service was fast and accurate.

One of my favorite hotels in Palembang, always fully booked on weekends. It boasts the highest swimming pool in the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is friendly, and the breakfast offers a great variety. My only wish is for smart TVs in the rooms so we can watch Netflix in the future.

I was very satisfied with my stay here, especially since I was traveling with sick parents. Their service was incredibly fast in helping us check in, and they even provided a wheelchair. The hotel's service was outstanding, and the room and all facilities were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool view was also very nice. Thank you to the hotel staff who helped make the check-in process smooth and easy.

Awesome, the cleanliness and food were all great. The pool is also spacious, especially the view at night.
