The receptionist is professional by providing facilities information. The room is far from the escalator. I need to arrive my room with 4 turns….(Maybe my room type is located there.) The room is spacious. Some stains are spotted on the linens including bed sheet cover and duvet cover. As I just stay for one night, this won’t be a big issue to me. The pillow are too high to sleep and I use a towel instead.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The service was very good, with friendly staff. A variety of selections of the nice breakfast. Clean environment and good service in terms of security.

1st they gave me broken Air conditionibg room....other than that no Issue I guess

I stayed here mainly for business trips. It is a very good hotel in Jakarta. It is very close to the old Chinatown. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can find it within a few steps. Of course, if you are here for tourism, it is another matter...
