The hotel site is nice, just outside palenque . Rooms are sparse , bad bathroom, had to ask for towels , breakfast a mess with big lines , room extremely noisy (the upstairs room sounded like they were moving stuff ) I would not return and would not recommend it .

The amenities are good with an extensive garden. Rooms are spacious and of excellent quality. Pool is too small for the size of the hotel; however it is well compensated with the access to a “balneario” offering good service and even access to a “cascada”. Major drawbacks are the total absence of reliable internet access, and the excentric location if you are deprived of autonomous transportation.

The rooms were a bit tight but we made it work. The A/C in our room was very slow to cool; however, others in our party stated that their A/C was cold. The showers were spacious and the water pressure was ok. We visited in July, so the cool water felt good but someone visiting in December may find the water a bit cool. After all, this hotel is a bit rustic. The hotel staff was beyond helpful and courteous. There was plenty of free parking available and the grounds were well maintained and clean. The wifi was hit or miss, so if you need for business, don’t stay here.

Very nice location right at the edge of Palenque, great restaurant and an even better natural swimming pool in front where the locals come too. Gives it an extra spark, together with the gardens rich in animal life and the regular swimming pool on the grounds. But the best asset is the staff; very friendly and forthcoming! They spotted our tyre had run flat and kindly informed us. When it turned out the rental agency would take 2,5 hrs to get there, the general manager instructed her staff to help us out changing the tyre and get us on our way. A very kind gesture (we couldn't have done it ourselves with our crappy jack) that really saved the day.

Excelente calidad de la habitaciones y de las instalaciones con las que cuenta, lo más padre es el acceso que tiene al río y los cuidado que tienen para las personas que deciden ir al río y las actividades que tienen para divertirse y pasar un buen fin de semana.

Excelente ubicación, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la alberca excelente, el área de mixologia echarle ganas, tiene buenas vista al río para tomar excelentes fotos, en el restaurante no te puedes perder el desayuno con comida tradicional

Excelente. Rentamos 1 habitación sencilla para 4 adultos y 1 niño con buffet. El buffet muy rico todo. La alberca está mediana pero limpia y bonitos jardines. El wifi es lento en algunas ocasiones y poca señal para AT&T. Camas cómodas y el área del río es bonita pero para niños grandes y adultos. Un hotel para ir en familia, sin ruido y sin fiestas.

Muy bonitas y cómodas las habitaciones, excelente atención, muy bien la limpieza, la atencion hamable y cordial y lo mejor de todo fue el buffet todo muy muy rico. Excelente experiencia de descanso y diversión en familia muy cerca de la naturaleza
