Domes Noruz Kassandra, Halkidiki - Adults Only

The hotel is nice don’t get me wrong, but it is in need of some renovation, particularly the sound proofing in the rooms. The service is second to none which makes the experience amazing! You will feel like they really care about your stay and are there to make everything in their power so that you have a great stay. The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that. All in all it was a great experience and would love to stay again next year as they’ll be renovating in the winter.

We had a great time and some of the best hotel food we've ever had. Lots of young children though so if that's not your thing this hotel may not be for you.

Hotel was exceptional, clean, very well designed, beautifully decorated, clean, and very close to city center, with private beach. Rooms were great size, with its own balcony, nice bedding, pillows were very nice also. Staff very helpful, friendly, and professional.

We had an absolute dream vacation at Domes of Noruz Kassandra a five-star hotel in Greece! Not only did we enjoy the stunning seaview from our suite on the fourth floor, but the entire hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool area was beautifully designed and we had direct access to the beach, complete with comfortable loungers, towel service and a refreshing bar. The relaxing music added to the ambiance, creating a truly serene environment. The staff at the hotel were beyond exceptional and it's difficult to put into words how wonderful they were. Their attentiveness and cheerfulness were unmatched and they struck the perfect balance between polite restraint and genuine care. It would be impossible to mention everyone by name that is why we would like to give a shout-out all the staff who went above and beyond with their dedication and attention to detail. Every interaction with the staff was accompanied by a heartfelt smile and we truly appreciated the personal conversations we had with several of the passionate, well-trained young employees. Our suite was fantastic and to our delight, we even received an extra "room service" in the evening with water and chocolate ensuring we had a restful night's sleep. Having chosen the half-board option, we were treated to a remarkable dining experience. Champagne was even available for breakfast, adding a beautiful touch of to start the day. The food options were vast, catering to every desire. In the evening, we were spoiled with a delightful selection of cold and hot dishes, accommodating various dietary preferences and intolerances without any hassle. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the chefs for their exceptional culinary skills and the delicious meals they prepared for us. Their hard work and long hours did not go unnoticed and we are incredibly thankful for their efforts. In conclusion, our stay at this five-star hotel in Greece was a tremendous overall experience. We cannot emphasize enough how grateful we are for the exceptional service, stunning amenities and unforgettable moments.

Wow! What an amazing visit. From the moment you get there to the moment you leave, the service provided by staff is outstanding. We had a lovely lady come out to our transfer to meet us, show us round the hotel (with a welcome drink- much appreciated after a long journey!) and show us to our room. We were kindly upgraded as we went for my partner’s birthday and the room was beautiful. We had a suite which had a bedroom, with a super comfortable bed, and a living room area as well as the usual toilet/ shower room and then a dressing area. The air con worked a treat and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The drinks at the hotel were reasonable (a little pricey but to be expected for the type of hotel). The breakfast had a good selection but the dinner food was so tasty. My partner is vegetarian and he had a good choice each night (be assured there are plenty of meat/ fish options too). The hotel has a really good pool, private beach and bar/ restaurant area overlooking the sea. We spent most of our time at the loungers on the beach. There were plenty available so no need to rush. The hotel has ‘call’ buttons at all the loungers (pool and beach) so then a member of staff will come to take your drinks order and bring it to you. Denis was serving on the beach most days and he always had a smile and asked how we were- thank you Denis! The sea was beautifully clear, we did see some fish while snorkelling and the weather was perfect. I rarely say I’ll visit the same hotel again but I will definitely be back. The staff make you feel so special and that is very rare these days. A very relaxing trip, that was much needed and I was extremely sad to be back home!

Upon arrival we were blown away by the stunning view from the hotel patio overlooking pool area and beach. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean and bed so comfy. The hotel and surrounding grounds were kept so clean. Sun-loungers super comfortable. We also went to sunrise Yoga a few times which was lovely & used their gym which had good equipment. We were half board and although we enjoyed the breakfast more, the food at dinner was certainly varied and very fresh. The town centre is very close for a wander and the general manager suggested a trip to Ayftos town €25 in a taxi but well worth the visit as such a cute village with lots of amazing restaurants. Good vibes around this hotel. We will definitely be back. 🥂✨

My Husband and I stayed at this amazing hotel in September for 7 nights. As has been mentioned in other reviews , this hotel is exceptional. Arrival for us was by private transfer when we were met by staff who proceeded to take our luggage and deliver it to our room . The check in process was very personal, while we completed the paperwork we were given a delicious refreshing drink and a cool towel. We were then taken to our room, which was clean and bright with a side sea view. Our room was immaculate and the bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in , like sleeping in a beautiful white cloud . Every single member of staff working here, from restaurant staff , reception staff , management to gardeners went above and beyond to make our stay special . The food was delicious at breakfast and in the evening .We did enjoy eating at a few local restaurants in the village too , mainly for lunch . The village is just a few minutes stroll away and surrounds a little square where locals would meet and also a most beautiful Church . The hotel grounds were immaculate, surrounded by fragrant rose bushes and olive trees. The pool was clean with a view of the sparkling sea, lots of sun beds and pool towels available and the beach only a few steps away with ample sun beds edging the warm Aegean Sea. The sea does shelve quite quickly and I would advise wearing water shoes for comfort as the beach is of a fine shingle. Our ONLY criticism is the price of the drinks! This is probably the reason that so many guests choose to leave the hotel after dinner and head to the village bars where the prices are so much cheaper. On our departure day a staff member delivered a thank you letter from reception and some local biscuits and a beautiful glass ornament which were so much appreciated and an unexpected surprise. We would like to thank you for a fantastic revitalising stay and we have already booked our return visit next June where we will celebrate our anniversary in this beautiful hotel.

We’ve just come back from a week at the Domes Noruz Kassandra and thoroughly recommend it. Our experience started when the coach dropped us off 100 yards away from the hotel. The staff came out to greet us and help us into the hotel. We were quickly given a drink whilst we filled in the check-in forms whilst our luggage was taken to our upgraded room (to a suite) where a cake and bottle of wine was waiting for us because we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. Throughout our stay absolutely everyone who worked there could not be nicer or more helpful. The food was of a very high standard, served buffet style and is different every day. We were staying half board and made the right choice. Breakfast is served until 11 and we quite often came down at 10 when it was still being refreshed and there was never a feeling of us being rushed. The hotel including the pool and private beach area is spotlessly clean. We were told the hotel was 70% occupied at times we were there, during those times there was never any problems about getting a sunbed either by the pool or (private) beach. Even if the hotel was fully occupied I am sure there would be no problems getting a sunbed. The sunbeds both by the pool and on the beach are very comfortable and the hotel provided beach towels are very high quality. I understand the hotel was bought, refurbished and reopened only a couple of weeks before we arrived. If there were “new hotel” issues we did not see them. I was told that some of the staff had been brought in from other hotels in the Domes chain so they have experience and know what is being asked for (and are adverts for other Domes hotels.) We did not use either the spa or gym so can’t comment on those facilities, although the gym looked small. The wifi is free and there is good coverage throughout the hotel and as far as the beach. There are six steps into the dining room. I think it may be possible to avoid those steps by going outside and round the back of the dining room, otherwise there seemed to be ramps to all areas. I think the majority of the guests were German, but we found a number of British guests. All the guests speak English to the hotel staff, which I thought was a bit odd, but convenient. The hotel is a very leisurely 10 minute walk from Hanioti. There are some bars, restaurants and shops there. We generally walked to one of the bars after dinner as we wanted the walk. There is a bus stop less than 10 minutes walk away with six buses a day going up and down the peninsula. We went to Afitos for a few hours, which was a nice break. When we came to leave the hotel allowed us a free late checkout and Evgenia (who came out to meet us when we arrived) stayed with us until the coach picked us up from the corner. She is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. We would recommend this hotel and thank everyone there for a wonderful holiday.
