Alia Palace Hotel - Adults Only 16+

Ignore all the moaning Brits,when were they ever happy with anything. Surprised there's no negative comment about lack of fish and chips in Greece . Anyways ,place is superb. Good ,warm food with diferent choices every day,some best beef dishes and deserts ever tried. Rooms are cleaned everyday and have all the amenities I'd expect from 5 stars. Villa has exceptional private pool area and is cleaned and desinfected daily. location might be a bit dodgy as there's quite a walk up and downhill towards beach,but hotel provides free hourly coach service. all round great place for couples

Awful! Not 5 star 4 star. View is beautiful. Staff rude. Management very unprofessional especially General Manager. Food was awful full of animal bones. Never again !!! Room very basic nowhere to hang clothes. Uphill walk, apartment style hotel away from main building. Pool area and view very nice. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect including staff and food. I went there for my birthday so they surprised me with a bottle of wine and a note delivered to our room! Also that same evening we were provided two wine mixers on the house! That meant so much for me! Definitely will go again! ♥️

Giving a rating of 3 stars solely for the views - this is the only bad review I have ever given a hotel but it’s more to reach out to anyone to NOT book this hotel not enough characters to explain our experience certainly not 5 stars - food was cold - customer service just didn’t exist - pool was freezing unable to get in at all - no entertainment in the slightest certainly not a 5 star hotel - electrics were also awful in the room

After reading some reviews we were sceptical about going but am I glad we didn't change. It was one of the best hotels I stayed in.very close to a 5 star.the views from this hotel are out of this world its just amazing.our room was in the third building and it was just as described it was spacious and bed was comfy.the staff were all friendly and couldn't do enough for us.spa was lovely the girls were all friendly.we always seemed to miss the shuttle bus so walked up and down the hill we didn't mind we walked the cocktails off.that would be the only problem for some people is its at the very top of a hill but we didn't mind. Food was good could b a bit repetitive but all inclusive usually is everywhere desserts we're out of this world and cocktails were even better.

The hotel room is excellent and the room service is brilliant and to a very high standard. Whatever we have requested was attended to straight away and the hotel staff were very helpful and smiling even if they didn’t understand much English. Kiki Papadopoulou was our first point of contact as she replied to all my requests via email. She was kind and very helpful and professional. George the manager was particularly helpful when we experienced some problems with our adjacent noisy neighbours and handled it for us straight away and the next day the problem was resolved. On another occasion I made a complaint about one of the pool bar staff and George said he will take care of it and would not mention room number as I requested. He went out of his way to speak to receptionist after he found out that we are leaving the next day to extend the usage of our room and to include lunch as well, That made our stay much more enjoyable and my daughter and I are very much thankful to him. The whole experience of Alia palace was like “the holiday of a lifetime” for me and my daughter and we enjoyed some very good quality time as a mother and daughter in this dreamy hotel. Also we both had a chance to go to the spa at the Alia palace for a facial and body massage with sauna, steam and Jacuzzi and it was a really good experience. I had a great body massage from the best practitioner TATJANA She was very professional and did handle my body in the best way possible. And sorted all those tired knots in my body and kept asking me to breathe while she was using the pressure points in the vital points of my body. I felt really relaxed and jelly like after the treatment. Thanks very much Tatjana for making me feel so much better. We had a great experience, after reading some reviews I regretted booking the hotel to the extend of wanting to change the hotel. Honestly I'm happy now I didn't change the hotel. Beautiful views everywhere and quite place. Staff are polite and friendly. We stayed in a junior suite with a swimming pool, it's beautiful. The only thing the swimming pool is a waste of money it's too cold. So we used the main pool. Rooms are cleaned everyday and towels changed. The whole place is spotless. As for the food the buffets had lots of variety. Our booking was half board. The only thing I wasn't happy about they sell all drinks including water.

Visited Alia Palace with my husband for a few days. Found the hotel to be fairly below average and not what you expect from a five star. The views and pool were amazing but unfortunately that's where any positives stop. To put it into context we are not fussy and generally are easily pleased. The weather wasn't great but we thought we would gill our day relaxing and eating. The food was awful, probably the worst I've had abroad and we have stayed regularly in 2 and 3 star hotels. Fruit was never fresh at breakfast, came from a can. Very little choice and was always bland and not hot. The rooms unfortunately were not much better, no bath, a toilet that wouldn't flush, a broken television and two single bed pushed together. I understand a 5 star abroad is not the same as Ireland and the UK however, this is possibly one of the worst hotels I've ever been to. If they could fix the food issue it would go a long way.

The worse hotel ever don’t even waste your money completely not a 5 star hotel more like one star and the food quality is shocking and Raw meat so watch out unless you want to be food poisoned … oh and if you like bland food with no flavour and boiled covered in thyme and oil and if you want to eat salad …oh I must say I don’t know how they call there selfs chefs …need to rename from luxury hotel nothing is luxury about it !!…. This is by far the worse all inclusive I have ever been to in 6 years of doing all inclusive it isn’t you have a set menu only for drinks you can have and if you want anything else it’s an extra charge set times only for eating and no snacks during the day so you can go hungry unless you want to pay extra for it which is totally wrong … shame on you Greece first time in the country and will definitely never waste my money for another trip here …. And the cleanliness is shocking they don’t change your towel to have on washing powder totally vile and the cleaner just do a quick mop empty your bins and that’s it
