I paid the full price of 13580 as soon as I made the order. When I was about to leave, the price was reduced to 13100. I asked Ctrip to refund the price difference of more than 400, but there was nothing. Other platforms included 13113 with double breakfast and a 100 US dollar consumer coupon. The difference was almost 1700 RMB. How much did Ctrip earn? I tried so hard to find a theory with Ctrip, but to no avail. The hotel reservations all have the lowest price protection agreement! Get my money back!

I’d first like to express how much we enjoyed our week at The Breakers. Delightful staff! They do everything they can to accommodate you and make your stay a memorable event. This was service at a level I’ve never experienced before! I’ve stayed here several times over the past ten years and it’s always been wonderful but they have elevated their service to their guests.
This hotel takes care of things you don’t see. BUGS, especially when it’s July, hot and muggy in Florida.
The carpets in the ballrooms are new and fresh. Crystal chandeliers are sparkling.
The food at each restaurant is “the best and freshest!” The rooms have luxury linens. Superior bedding so you sleep well. An elevated level of coordinating vibrant fabrics grace the upholstery throughout the hotel.
The new glamorous additions to the entrance hall/courtyard add to the nostalgia of the hotel. We enjoyed all the friends we met here from all around the world.
A staff awaits the next guests with such sweet enthusiasm. Listening to your words for something to make your wishes come true.
The Breakers set the bar so high!
I must mention The Guerlain shop and Margaret. She introduces me to all new fragrances and more. We will do more business together.
On arrival a tray of very special cookies, a gorgeous Breakers handbag full of treats and a beautifully decorated 3 tier box of The Breakers chocolates were placed in our room.

The Breakers is an amazing hotel. Service is impeccable, food is delicious and rooms very comfortable. My only complaint is related to the cost of food, which is incredibly price and unreasonable. Of course you want to stay at the property and enjoy the amenities but you feel like you are paying double the price for a sandwich or snack by the beach or pool.

Excellent experience. They spare no expense to make your time enjoyable. This was a pleasant surprise as most luxury resorts seem to cut corners. No corners cut at the Breakers.
