Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

This was our first stay at Riu Antilles. We loved our room and balcony. Very beautiful. The beach area is very clean with soft sand. The ocean is calm in the area and is very safe. The food was very delicious with lots of options. I am plant based and was able to find food at every meal. If you are looking for a quiet place, be mindful that there is music playing throughout the day and evening. I loved having the option of going to the coffee shop and getting a latte or hot tea. They serve almond milk and oat milk so that was a great option for me. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Staff were excellent and property was outstanding. Take your own cup because the ones they serve are very small.

The food was great, and the restaurant staff were very attentive. I just wish their entertainment would flow a little better or add more to do. Overall, I had an awesome time! The person who gets 5 stars is the towel attendant, Paola! She was great, always smiling and had a great spirt.

My recommendation to maintenance team.MUST review the sewage systems, there was a strong smell from our shower tubb, can be unpleasant, periodically. Otherwise, very nice Resort *****

I had an amazing trip overall. I came solo for my birthday and I was very nervous but the staff all made me feel welcomed and safe. I wish I stayed longer. The food was so amazing and met some amazing people. The only cons I would say is the beach part: it’s hard to find a good spot because it fills up fast and also it needs more of a night life and music or dancing. Definitely coming back hopefully every year.

Resort is in prime location, food options are good , drink menu is big, all staff from every department was extremely nice and friendly! Pool and beach area get packed fast i wish they did better with controlling the sitting area around beach and pool, people leave there towels early in morning and don't come back for a few hours . They need to do a better job at the buffets and labeling the food , alot of the labels were not correct this was a big worry for me as i dont eat pork. They need to add more pool events and longer hours for music to be around the pools . It deserves to be a five star as we had a good time there but they could fix these minor issues . Best of it all you get to use both riu resorts located right next to each other giving you double the events and amenities which we utalized . Out door bar by the beach at night music needs to be more entertaining. Yes there is construction happening next door the noise is barely noticeable and did not bother us . We will most definitely be returning to this resort in the future.

This property was run very well.Clean, staff very helpful, a lot of dinning options. Only one problem I see - Palapas. You could not reserved them compare to another hotels. People coming on beach 6-7 Am. to takes them and very often one person take two - three Palapas.

We loved everything about this property. The food was great, the rooms were nice. You really didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to. I also loved that the room had a balcony. At the end of the night my husband and I were able to bring a drink back up and sit outside enjoying the breeze. I highly suggest walking up the beach both on the ocean side and closer to the resorts. There are a lot of small beach bars nearby that aren't resort members only. Staff is so incredibly kind. Our favorite bartenders were Luz and Fredy. Great, genuine people! The Riu parties were also A LOT of fun! The entertainment staff is really great at what they do.

I truly had a wonderful stay at the RIU Antillaa Aruba, the staff was exceptional pleasant and professional, we had a blast and already telling friends and family to make that trip to RIU. Thankyou for a wonderful experience RIU ❤️
