The apartment was very clean and neat. It was very well stuffed. Even though we didn't talk to anyone in person, they communicated with us and everything ran perfectly. It is very well located, a couple of minutes from the beach. We would love to go back again. The wonderful reviews we saw helped us decided to go there and they were truthful.

Very nice hotel in a quiet area close to the beach. Adorable room with kitchenette, good quality
ground coffee in a jar for coffeemaker, large size smart TV. They even provide first aid kit, toothpaste with toothbrushes. We wish to return back soon to stay again. Recommend Fernando Flats Hotel, can rate it like 5 star hotel. They do above and beyond.

I thoroughly enjoyed this delightful small 12 unit complex with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The comfortable flat was well appointed with a kitchenette, WiFi, and TV. The pool was a great option to the beach, and there were bikes, hammocks, cornhole, and shuffleboard to enjoy. Parking was a breeze. SSC

This is my second time back this year. Found a place that I will now return to for many more years. What a gem this place is. Reminds me of the hotels I stayed at when traveling with my parents in the 60’s/70’s but completely updated. Love the kidney shaped pool.

Really enjoyed our stay at Fernando flats! The staff was very nice on the arrival day, and the bikes were very convenient for riding to the beach or to get ice cream. Will definitely be coming back!

Great place for our weekend stay. We stayed in Unit 1, nice ground floor unit. Nice touches available in the room, like a first aid kit, and other hygienic need items. Unit was very clean, and air conditioning was great. Furniture is dated, but I would consider it a vintage style look. Nice short walk to beach. We would not hesitate to stay again!

Clean, elegant boutique hotel with a pool. It is located in a very quiet, upscale area, close to good dining and beach within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The beach is an easy 4 minute walk. Everything is well kept and clean. Amenities are wonderful and lots to do within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!
