Hampton Inn & Suites Palm Coast

Probably would never stay here again . The place was falling apart and they were trying to keep it together with scotch tape lol . Like an exit sign and wall paper in the hallways. Also painted over a crack in the wall in the shower.I guess you get what you get what you pay for but this was sad .

Check in was great. I asked for first floor room near an exit door because I would be leaving at 2am to continue driving back to Boston, after arriving in West Palm Beach airport same day. Room very nice, large, clean, and building was guiet. Restaurants nearby, and easy off/on to I-95. Been to many Hampton Inn locations, this location was great.

Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t even get a welcome or hello. Did not even get my benefits as a gold member from Hilton. So yea. They ******. Wouldn’t stay here again. And employees name was Cynthia.

This was the worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in my entire life. Hampton Inn is always my first choice; however, this has a lasting impression. General Manager said that they are going to be renovating! Didn’t help me out for this stay! They have a long way to go.

Breakfasts were very good, We stayed a week and there was something different every day, There was some difficultly getting a handicap room we booked through Expediam but they provided a slightly different room that met our needs,

Conveniently located by the beach and amenities. Reasonable price and pet friendly. Staff, like Pete, were always attentive and smiling.

Got there early ,reception not friendly checked on room told not ready when asked if knew how long was told by 3 when your supposed to check in.

The clerk that checked us in was very professional and helpful, but overall I’m surprised this property is owned/operated by Hilton as it doesn’t meet their usual standards. Our room felt humid, the carpet felt tacky on my feet, as did the tile. Definitely a very old property and won’t stay there again.
