The place is 1989 Timeshare Hell DUMP. The facilities are beat- and I mean beat. The buildings are dirty, rust ever where. The room was barely OK. For $600 a night I would stay home. The people are kind- particularly Kevin at the pool, Mia at the Sports Bar restaurant and Eli at the Steakhouse. However- this place is a STAY AWAY

The property is beautiful. My family really enjoyed staying here because of the beautiful location on the beach and the little lazy river. Breakfast at the Atlantic Grill was good. Staff at the beach and the shops/restaurants were very friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay. Honestly, this is not our usual vibe. We prefer a more casual type experience when we go to the beach, so we were pleasantly surprised at how much we enjoyed this place. Most of our time was spent on the beach, in the lazy river, and in our room... All three were excellent. We loved the pizza that we ate poolside as well.

We have stayed here over the years many times. A lot of areas in and around the resort need TLC. Paint, power washing, broken tile, dirty restrooms. Door to our balcony was broken and slammed every time you shut it. Very hazardous for little ones. Overall a good experience, they just need to be more attentive to the rooms, and common areas.

Nice family retreat.
All the food was mediocre, nothing to write home about. Was very disappointed in the steakhouse in particular, zero char, first one was over cooked, badly, but they remade it nicely. But all the food there was so/so, nothing great.

Pool was great, beach was great, all staff was perfect. The front desk host made multiple clients unsure how to address, heard many people making comments about having to “pronoun correctly”. Maybe they would be better suited for a behind the scenes role.

Villas were old, hot water in master shower didn’t work, wire cable covers falling off wall behind TV.

3% credit card fee is just a joke. Who is showing up for a family vacation with cash, it’s just silly.

Construction during pool hours on one of the towers was annoying but I guess work had to be done.

The resort itself is beautiful. Location is top notch. Our room had a big wet spot on floor right in front of fridge which we think was from fridge defrosting at some point before we checked in. Caused the room to stink like wet basement. Wasn’t great but they did have someone come vaccum up the water which helped a bit. Overall room was clean & had extra supplies in kitchenette which was nice. Hotel is kid friendly & pools are great. Staff wasn’t all that pleasant but overall great experience.
