Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort and Spa

I had a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom apartment! The place was spotless and very well-maintained — everything felt fresh and clean from the moment I walked in. The apartment was surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep every night. The layout was practical, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. Overall, it was a perfect stay — I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay.

I was worrying after reading a few bad comments but eventually I feel that was acceptable and probably up to standard in this country. The environment in Palm Cove is nice and relaxing, yet there are some points that may be a concern:- Cleaning: in generally the place looks old but clean. However, we can find some hair on the towels Service from the staff is fine and up to standard except that the only restaurant closed on Sunday and Monday night which is very inconvenient. You could buy something to eat in the supermarket 5 mins away or download some food delivery apps to get food delivered to the hotel easily.

The location is great which is a bit further away from a busy central street, yet it is only 5-7 min walk from the convenience store and all the restaurants. The hotel has a really nice pool. We got the smallest room but it was very specious for the two of us. The bathroom had a natural light, which is a big plus as well as a spa bath, which had a sticker from housekeeping that it was cleaned for us. The staff is very attentive, and managed to prep our room half an hour earlier, they stored our luggage, made sure we could change and enjoy the pool while waiting. Then came all the way to find us to give out the key, while our luggage was already in the room. Loved our stay!

The room is great! Quite spacious with enough space for a family of four. There is a barbecue grill and kitchen as well as dishes and cooking utensils. Very good. But the service and hospitality is poor. The worst experience I’ve ever made! There is one restaurant that is always fully booked, but still has tables and chairs available. You have to please them to make up a table for you, very uncomfortable for a five star hotel! Then they have a lagoon bar that offers foods and drinks. First day 29. Dec there was a wedding, so the lagoon bar was closed for hotel guests. Food can be ordered to room, because restaurant is fully booked. We asked if there is a celebration for New Year’s Eve, but concierge told us it was cancelled because no people were interested in. On 31. Dec they closed lagoon bar again for hotel guest because suddenly they had a New Year’s Eve party, but not for us. On January 1st there was no room service…. Check out was the same unfriendly treatment as during check-in… If you don’t mind to spent your holidays like a tenant it’s a great place. As a hotel guest better try another one. We will not come back here!
