My partner and I stayed 7 nights at this lovely resort last week. Our host Stacy (Alysium Private Apartments) was lovely and very helpful, giving us excellent advice from our time of booking through to our departure. Stacy went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly for us and without any issues. The facilities at the resort were first class. The location excellent (beach front). We rate the restaurant, La Mesa very high, the staff were first class as was the food. We make special mention of restaurant duty manager Ethan, who looked after us personally. The wait staff and Allesandra on the front desk were also friendly and professional. We look forward to returning to this fabulous resort again some time in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights at Elysium (we switched to this property after another vendor canceled us with 2 weeks notice, after we already left for our trip). Our 2 bedroom apartment was modern, clean and tidy, nice amount of space for our family of 4 with 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and laundry in unit. The location is fantastic- short walk to the main area with restaurants and small shops, beach, short drive to grocery market. There's a parking garage and pool in the complex. Stacey was super friendly, helpful, responsive. She recommended Vivo for dinner which we enjoyed. I would definitely recommend a stay at Elysium. Disliked · Bedrooms of our unit faced the street and were noisy with cars and trucks early in the morning so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We stayed for 3 nights in a compact queen bed room which was space enough for two. They supplied initial tea, coffee and milk but we had to buy more from the small shop opposite ( newly opened so was pricey) and we had no room services so got rid of our own rubbish and made our own bed etc - ( but it wasn’t a problem) the check in ladies were more than helpful and friendly and the location to the local restaurant s etc was a perfect stroll along the esplanade. We loved Palm cove but wished it had a few cheaper options for souvenirs.

Room was clean, very good location and room was nicely situated in the complex. Would recommend to those travelling to Palm cove as it offers a relaxing location away from the main drag whilst still feeling in the heart of this beautiful little town. Pool can be very crowded at times and the toilet did not flush fantastically. Apart from that would recommend
